I can't imagine blizz's legal team missing that. More likely this is a troll or the kid missed that clause. If true, Im pretty sure hell be getting a nice message from blizzard's law department.
Thats fair blue, but I think some people wouldn't feel happy knowing they support a company that basically chews up employees and spits them out (and Im not just referring to West and Zampella, but entire studios that went under after Acti had burned everyone out on music games). That said, I don't have a problem with people buying CoD games, they're fun, personally I just lost interest after MW2.
I won't laugh because Im really looking forward to another great dice game. BF2 had me hooked for nearly a year and I want that feeling again!
As for the version, Im going to have to rock the PC since Ill feel like Im cheating myself not getting the best graphical experience. After all, I haven't really had a chance to push my PC since I've basically been using it as a SC2 box for the last year.
Im not a gun expert, but most people I've talked to who have fired M4s and other modern assault rifles say there is little to no kick at all. The devs for dice also take trips to fire off the guns so that they can personally get to feel what its like to fire one. So I don't know if the lack of kick is entirely wrong.
I do agree though that the guns seem a little skinny... could have something to do with the FoV they're using so that you can see the players arms an...
The threat (if real) is based on Sony abusing the US legal system. Which, I will say, their methods in this have shown less than favorably in my eyes. Unmasking IPs for all those who merely watched his videos is unnecessary and an invasion of privacy. What relevancy in the case it has is beyond me. Anon didn't step in when they went after Geohot, they stepped in when sony started abusing a system (the US legal system) which is painfully behind the times when it comes to tech related laws....
That's because most devs aren't businessmen. If anything, business just ruins games. However, capital is necessary, so business will always loom over creative endeavorers.

I point it out higher up, but people were saying the exact same thing about SC2. Ill admit I was a little worried because it had so much riding on it. But after Blizz nailed that, I have complete faith in them nailing Diablo 3, since overall I think its a easier feeling to capture.
Their logic with Diablo 3 was that it has too big of shoes to fill when the exact same things could and were, said about starcraft 2, which was and is still a fantastic game. I hadn't played many RTS games since the original and yet Blizz drew me right back into the scene. If anything, the weight on SC2 was bigger than Diablo 3 since theres a massive competitive league surrounding it.

Sentries are more than a "slightly" useful unit. As a zerg player I can attest to that. Also, I agree, I hate terran. But I think the HT nerf might have been more directed at balance with zerg since HT and Colossus mess up zerg more than terran. At least, tier 2 zerg. However, against zerg, void rays are also a excellent support unit.

That would actually make it cheaper since 250 dollars today isn't worth as much as 250 dollars when the PSP launched.
Also, I got my 3ds and its pretty nice. Ghost Recon is pretty solid if you want a tactics game. The AR stuff is pretty damn neat too. I just can't wait for the next wave of titles to come out, then itll definitely be worth it.
