The reasoning for this theory by this site is the line "Brothers To The End" at the end of the trailer. That's been the tagline for Gears 3 all along, pretty sure since the first trailer! Move along folks nothing new to see here, just a site attempting a big headline for hits.

Hey a review is a review, it's just an opinion at the end of the day. I'm absolutely loving the game personally, it's my favorite title this year so far. But not everyone feels the same at the end of the day. Aslong as this reviewer played from start to finish and gave it a fair shot then I respect his opinion at the end of the day.
If he'd added 1 more point and made it an 80/100 noone would be posting such hate. Human mentality makes 79 look far worse than 8...
It's "planned" - the wording is setting it up for potential disappointment. I sure hope it hits today though!
Surely the 32 players description must be left over from the PC or something. 32 players on player-hosted servers would be a nasty sight, 18 was bad enough. Unless they're going to unveil dedicated servers for the consoles but I'm sure that was already confirmed to be a no.
It's possible they could add a dedicated server host option from the game itself hosted by players. I remember some older 360 games used to have it - R6V1 or 2 I'm almost certain did.

What is it with Valve palming off the CS franchise to another studio which 'works with Valve' in creating a new half-arsed CS game to gap the time between a true sequel?
CZ was far worse than 1.6 (which is still the best of the lot, but I'll leave that for another day). This just looks like CSS with some new stuff thrown in for good measure and tweaks for console.

Sorry I was abit slow with this. A Kalypso Media representative confirmed to me that this is the UK release, so I imagine the 30th is still on the cards for the US.
Can't believe sites are picking this up as the trailer for CS:GO, especially a fairly respectable one such as Destructoid!
Valve would never put out a trailer looking like that. Whoever decided to chuck together that trailer must be loving this.
There's a good chance it could be 26th in the UK and 30th in the US. I'll fire off an e-mail back and see if I can confirm that for you.
The article includes the fake trailer for the game where someone's just changed the text on the old Free2Play CS trailer from China...
Exactly what I thought when I read this headline...
If you enjoy cod and will most likely get the DLC's then sure, infact it works out at making the cost of each pack close to 800msp (not exactly).
Don't need an article jumping on the cod-hate bandwagon for hits for something that's a pretty simple concept to grasp. Worth is completely opinion.
