early on i was very unconvinced, but im starting to think that this game will be quite fun
well it truly does!! we now know that it is not the exact same length! exciting stuff my friend, exciting stuff
i also enjoy sony's service thanks to it being free, but i also pay because of where most of my friends are.. the reason xbl isnt free is because microsoft hosts the servers, whereas on the playstation it is the developers job to do that. therefore, no cost to sony means no cost to us. a cost to microsoft means they overcharge to make a huge profit off of what costs them very little in respect to how much they make off of it.
i know, my wallet is hurting in advance. this year is one of those years when i wish i only owned one system so id have less games to buy. oh well, i dont and im gonna fail all my exams thanks to the next 2 months.. woohoo!
someone should tell him to listen to tupac, then he might just have to shoot himself for the horrors he has created.. after that, he might notice a good game when he sees one.
well, you gotta love how hes gotta change his, but i met a guy yesterday playing as "tehjewasaurasrex" and hes fine..
the game looks great, sounds great and seems to play well. and im sure id enjoy it, since i loved ToD. only downside i can see is the length..
i would say that resistance 2, gears 2, and killzone 2 all offer more. dont get me wrong, i played and loved the first farcry, but i think that many games coming within 6 months time may offer much more.
im even more excited for this game now than i was before. this fall is a great time for gamers!

it was free a while ago on fileplanet or something.. played it again. didnt remember that it had a cover system. was a damn good game last gen!
im insanely excited about this game... so are my dorm buds and my gf. good times in october are coming, and not just halloween parties.
to be honest, im extremely surprised. just not in a good way. It looks just like CoD4, but the knifing sprinting and reload animations look slightly worse. not to mention the textures on the weapons look rather bland (but ill blame that on SD streaming for now..) looks like treyarch's big brother Infinity Ward did all the work.. Hells highway may not look as good and may flop, but at least they did the work on their own. ill rent this, then happily wait for infinity ward's next installment. ...
portal was the only one to actually innovate. everything available in halo3 was available in some other game at some point long before.
it has nothing to do with their customer service. i was mad when my 360 bricked because of the fact that such a faulty product was released and allowed to be sold with such huge problems.
just so everyone knows, between my ps3 and 360 (and new wii), i have enjoyed games OTHER than halo.. games better than halo. how about a Marcus Fenix costume or something? or even a cliffyB costume so that i can ridicule him as i play fable 2. ah, i can see it now. all the jumping off of cliffs and suicides.. good times.
this is my pre-lbp game. its also a game that i can play with friends and my girlfriend as well if she gets bored watching tv or something. hell, ive had it for a few hours and im completely addicted!
i doubt it. i believe that sony puts a limit on the trophies PSN games can have (no gold/platinum i believe). no matter what, this game is a must buy after playing the demo!
