LOL well I'm sure FF16, Helldivers 2, and Spider-Man 2 will help me cope.
Also, why is it just PlayStation fans? Do Nintendo fans not count as well?
Lol Avowed was the most underwhelming, disappointing MS 1st party game at the show.
So Han Solo redone as a female protagonist. Got it.
I never said I did. I dont even like Pokemon. I was just stating the obvious.
The "excuse" is Pokemon games dont spend 6 years in development like Tears of the Kindom did.
I prefer this one...

I honestly think Nintendo had the winning formula with the Gamecube controller design. All it needed was some refinements like adding a right "z" bumper and a full sized right analogue stick. Otherwise, that controller design was excellent. Every "pro" controller that Nintendo has released since then has felt so derivative of other controllers.
Exactly. I hope Nintendo doesnt overthink this. They just need to release a more powerful version of the Switch OLED design and make it fully backwards compatible with the Switch games and accessories. If they want to refine/improve things like the joycon design, the UI, the online experience (native voice chat), etc that would be fantastic. But they dont need to reinvent the wheel here.
One thing you didn't mention in your video was despite the Wii U's failure, Nintendo had a "war chest" of 10.5 BILLION in actual, liquid cash in the bank. They had enough cash to run a deficit of 257 million dollars for 38 straight years before it would run out. And that's just cash. That's not even factoring in the worth of their total assets. Thats why I would laugh anytime people suggested that Nintendo might go the way of Sega and become a 3rd party publisher. ...
Also Helldivers 2 and Stellar Blade.
@Magoh chronology, yes it is. The events in Snake Eater take place before part 1. It is a prequel.
This was a very good videogames showcase. However, it wasn't a very good PlayStation showcase. Way too much focus on indies and 3rd party multiplatform games. I get it that you have to have that stuff in there too. But after nearly 2 years of going without a showcase, I would've expected a larger 1st party presence. And the problem is even with some of the 1st party stuff they DID show, they were just pointless cinematic trailers that told us absolutely nothing about those games....
It wasn't their worst (anyone remember Wonder Book?) but it was definitely a letdown. After nearly 2 years without a showcase, I expected a MUCH bigger 1st party presence. It was a decent videogame showcase but it was not a strong PS5 showcase. Other than Spider-Man 2, they showed absolutely nothing else to get people excited for PS5 specifically. Most of these games will also be available on Xbox.
Look the show wasnt great, I agree but this statement simply is not true. How can you say we didnt get to know ANYTHING more about the 1st party lineup when they revealed....
Fair Game$ - 1st party - Haven Studios
Concord - 1st party - Firewalk Studios
SpiderMan 2 gameplay - 1st party - Insomniac
Helldivers 2 - 1st Party published - Arrowhead
And yes I agree, we shouldve learned more. But saying we learned "nothing" ...
Sony is under no obligation to PC gamers. Unlike those who bought the PS5, PC gamers did not invest in Sony's platform and have not entered into any kind of financial agreement with Sony for them to bring their games day and date to PC. Therefore, they are in no position to demand anything from Sony other than the games that Sony do release on PC are done so unbroken. They'll get the games when they get the games. If they want them sooner, they should purchase a PS5.
Oh stop blaming "the patriarchy" bullsh_t. WOMEN dont watch womens basketball. Most women couldnt name you one player and its not from lack of awareness or promotion. They just dont care! Theyd rather watch the Kardashians or Housewives of Atlanta or some other nonsense. Ɖo you really think owners dont want to make money off of their investment? It doesnt grow because its not a good product and would be bankrupt were it not for the mens league keeping it afloat. Women's ...
@darthv72
We're talking about WOMEN'S basketball.
The WNBA is subsidized by the NBA. If that were not so,it would have folded years ago. Hardly anyone gives a rat's ass about women's basketball.
Oh hell yes! Lets GOOOO!
I find it hilarious that there are actual Starfield "fans" when nobody's played a second of the game yet.
