At GDC microsft pretty much prooved that they are a long shot from being out of the game, with titles like gears of war 2 Ninja gaiden GTAV exclusive content. They even seem up to par graphically with ps3 which I and most likely nobody would have believed two years ago.
Basicly the difefrence in graphics is like comparing the xbox with the ps2 its graphics.
I aslo believe that there is defenitly more to come the comming two year for microsoft.

If rockstar would stop making games for the xb360 that would mean that they would give up a large knowledge base whcih they build up making GTA for the xbx360. This romour would only be believable if sony offerd rockstar a large som of money, has a fight with microsoft in both ases it would seem very likely that the media would have cought that.

Apparantly it is easier to use the ps3 as a baseline and than apply to the xbox 360, which basicly is a choice based on complexity of the machines and thereore reducung delays,GTA anyone, and not based on which console will be more dominant.
In the end this could be bad news for microsoft if the games endup worse than the xb 360 version.
Even though I think the future for multi platform gaming will be simontaniously developing games for both console, with one engine,

It's hard to believe the xb360 is maxed out, if halo 3 was to launch in 2008 surely the graphics would be better.
If not at all releasing the halo 3 at this period of time in front of the holiday season is in my opinion the perfect timing. Not only did they succeed to overshadow any ps3 game up to date. They succeeded in launching a game that will give their console sales a boost.

I looked at the game play footage (somewhere at ign) And the guy who played just sucked or controls weren't that good. Think they had infinite life on cause snake was hurting real bad.

Within 10 years bluy ray will be buried. It' good that sony added it to their console solely for gaming purposes. But as a movie medium DVD will keep on ruling until it passes it's torch on to digital distribution.

Another simple reason migth be that they don't want to spend more time/money on compressing and fitting everything on one disk. Which I deem most likely.
This game comming to xb360 indeed seems less likely know but a cut down version is notimpossible.
