I didn't like any of the factions, so when it got to the point that I had to choose, I chose to stop playing

I never finished the game because I got to the point where the game really wanted me to pick a side, I didn't want to side with anyone so I just stopped playing. It's pretty rare for me not to finish a game, but it just got boring.

Well he's right, decent exclusives wouldnt have made a difference for Xbox. But that's because you have release them consistently and often, which is something that microsoft is seemingly incapable of doing

I tried the closed beta and was bored silly after an hour.

Did any of their games in the last decade live up to the hype?

I recently saw a breakdown of their sources of revenue and they make more money from Bing than they do from Xbox

The waiting game has been the top Xbox game for ages

Even if they were the best in the world at UE5 that would only mean that they might make a great looking game. It takes a lot more than that to make a great game.

While I didn't use PS home much there were millions who did. And character models even had legs, unlike the metaverse

It's not what xbox needed, but it's what was to be expected given their track record

But if they actually finish it then how will they keep bilking ̶b̶a̶c̶k̶e̶r̶s̶ suckers for more money?

@olMyerslo I use a Microsoft mini Bluetooth keyboard with my ps5

There is only one way that gamepass becomes viable without destroying the gaming industry, they need 100s of millions of subscribers paying more than they are today. That's not going to happen

it's pretty simple, microsoft will be harmed by the deal failing to go through (lower revenue, lower share price etc.). Her son works for Microsoft therefore it will have an impact on him as well.

A not insignificant portion of Xbox sales were due to the fact that it was near impossible to get a ps5. As soon as the ps5 became more readily available Xbox sales dropped. That's not just a coincidence
