Quite honestly I'm amazed at how well this is looking so far. I loved KZ2, hated KZ3 (the online mode at least), and so far this game is exceeding my expectations. My only hope is that they have a full on clan experience like they had in KZ2.
Coming from someone that as put many, many, many hours into both Demons Souls and Dark Souls I would say the game is only easier because the prebuilt characters seem a bit overpowered. On top of that, they made it so like 10k souls would get you to level 40+, if not higher. So they definitely have the pvm difficulty lowered for this Network test. I am almost certain enemies will be doing more damage per attack.

I finally caved and bought PS+ two months ago.
Since then, I've received Uncharted 3, Demons Souls, Sleeping Dogs, Infamous 2, Vanquish, LBP Karting, R&C All in One, and a handful of quality Indie games for free. There might be even another game as I can't really remember what is currently free.
Pro tip:
Buy a bunch of Green Blossoms. Then you can either go the light route, and roll/dodge. Or the High poise route, block with your shield let off between attacks to absorb all the blows. The green blossom increases your stamina so much that you can roll or take blows like a champ. Chester sells them right outside of Artorias.
It's really not that hard at all. And on top of that, it contains some of the best bosses in the game. You Should probably pick it up.

I'd prefer a prequel to Mass Effect playing as Thane. You would essentially be one of the greatest assassins in the world, with ones of the coolest character designs. They could also dive further into his relationship with his son. Though Garrus would most definitely be my next choice.

I finished the game yesterday, and while I do think it was great, I would have preferred something closer to this version. There isn't a single instance of Elizabeth being able to do anything more than bring in supplies or some type of automated turret in combat. The example of her being able to combine things from the environment and you being able to use telekinesis to take control of it was something I was waiting for the entire game and was never able to do.

Wow. I am one of the biggest Chrono Trigger fans you can find, but this article is just ridiculous. What makes Columbia unique isn't the fact that it's a floating city at all, it's the atmosphere of the city and the transportation method the game uses.

I forgot all about dodging the lightening bolts, but I don't remember it being to difficult at all. As for Penance, I don't remember that being to hard either, just more of an endurance battle.
