Agree 100%. Physics are the most underrated aspect of all modern games. The possibilities are endless. Taking a game like JC3 and adding the destructibility of Red Faction Guerrilla would take it over the top.
Adding that level of freedom/physics to something as complex as GTA will probably have to wait until 2020+... but, for now, I'd be happy with Just Cause getting some much needed physics engine enhancement.

I'm just hoping for a cleaner Windows UI that mirrors the Xbox One's UI (when in tile mode, or perhaps as optional). Right now, 8.1 is a bit scattered within the new "Start" menu... which I'll always call their tile menu.
Most importantly, cross platform play and DX12 information would be huge. Just got my new rig setup right next to the XB1 and I'd love to be able to play GTA V on PC with some Xbox buddies.
Perhaps they could at least bring you a coffee while you wait?

Have you used Windows 7?! I'm going to 8.1 for DX 12 and the migration to 10... but, Windows 7 is even more stable than XP was.
Ha. MS was pretty critical of themselves w/ Vista and 8 actually. Hence 8.1 and the push for 10.
ME and Windows 2000 almost don't count. They were terrible and MS had no idea where they were going with the OS's.
That said, I'd take a Vista powered PC before a Mac anyday.
It got good reviews and a lot of people liked it... I personally didn't care for it. It was more like an interactive story/puzzle than a game.

Hey, just curious, for all the people here claiming that it looks good, but not THAT good... are you looking at the 4k images on a 4k display?
Or are you looking at 4k images vs. 1080p images on a 1080p display? That kind of makes a difference.
I love how this PC vs. PS4/XB1 gap is being swept under the rug, but as soon as PS4 gets a game at 900p and XB1's version is 720p, it's like the hottest news for 48 hours.

Rockstar is the 5 star restaurant in your analogy. Most other developers are like McDonald's, trying to get you to buy their food as quickly as possible and charging you each time you want to "Supersize" it.
I wanted to click on "Agree" so bad because of your awesome meme... but, I can't agree with the "great power comes a great delay" statement.
I would if the PC version was simply a port of the XB1/PS4 version; but, it's not. It will have exclusive features, the replay editor in particular, is the biggest selling point for me.
Aside from the fact that TWB is posting an informal comment, whereas that "article" posted on the linked "website" should be held to a higher standard.
I say "should be" because once you click on the link and see the site, your expectations should drop accordingly.
