However, I agree that it's doubtful... as much as I'd love to play it on my 360. But, if this announcement is for a PSP version I'll spend about 3.5 seconds ignoring the news. Who cares? Unless you travel by train or plane on a weekly basis, it's kind of silly that PSP even made it this far.
Just my opinion, no need to flame... but they would be much better off releasing for 360 than wasting time/money developing a portable version.

The graphics are not the highlight of GTA4. They've been improved with RAGE, yes. But R* is going to really be pushing for next gen GAMEPLAY. Think about Gears of War; it looks amazing, but is there really anything groundbreaking about the gameplay? It's fun, but, could've been done 4 years ago.
Rockstar isn't hyping the game up either... they are running very subtle ad campaigns and it is everyone else that is hyping it up (including people like me). I think you will be surpr...

Wow, it seems like the gaming media industry is willing to stretch everything they can to make it seem like they have the 'exclusive' GTAIV info.
There wasn't mention of multiplayer, there was just mention of the lack of details surrounding multiplayer. Using the web browsers within the city will be a cool feature... email? Hacking? Building layouts? Porn? Midgets? Midgets riding donkeys hacking into building layouts while sending email?

I do agree that it's an awesome game... and the multiplayer is as great as it WAS when it first hit shelves. But! If someone played GoW while it was on patches #2 and #3, Epic made some serious mistakes with those patches. Glitches, lag, server outages, etc.
If* someone got the game only with the time period of patch #2, I could see that side of the coin. But, before and after the rough spots the game is completely awesome.

You're exactly right. I never thought of that. Every article for Sony fanboys, or even every article written by the elusive Sony camoflauged fanboys (appear to be non-biased) STRUGGLES time and time again to PROVE that PS3 is or will be superior shortly.

For the record, Gears of War HAS proven the 360's superiority for the time being. And I bet we've only got another 10-20 exclusives left that can do it all over again. But...

I'm not even sure what this is trying to achieve. Go buy a PS3 now because the writer of this article says MGS4 will be THE killer app? Ok... well, if Konami wants to make their money back 10 fold, they'd release it on the 360. It's too early to make statements like this.
But, it's gaming news considering the % of 360 owners that have HD players... I think it's awesome that we're rubbing this in the face of Blu Ray owners. But, if HD fails... you'll have your Neo.
