Oh that’s something I didn’t know. I’ll turn it off and give it another try. Thanks for the info! Like you said, hopefully they’ll have it patched soon.
Some gamers may be tired of it, but many others still love it. Nothing different from any other franchise out there other than it’s always ‘expected’ to do high numbers. So when the numbers are just good or average, it gets viewed as ‘terrible’ by some.
“They´ll certainly take advantage of the next gen upgrade, coming to Xbox Series, PS5 and PC.”
You mean ‘current’ gen, right? ;)
Nothing has been announced for PC yet but I wouldn’t be surprised if it comes one day.
The demo was fun but it will take me some time to get used to the parry and dodge timing. But I’m not going to constantly keep playing the demo. I’m looking forward to playing the full game one day and I’ll get my grind on then.
“Taking in the information we’ve discussed, it’s clear that whilst sales have slowed down, the Final Fantasy franchise is still performing well. Final Fantasy XV shipped 5 million units globally in one day, Final Fantasy VII Remake sold over 3.5 million in three days globally, and Final Fantasy XVI sold 3 million in one week. There’s a slow down for sure, and VII Rebirth may be lagging, but it’s also hardly terrible sales performance.”
Even the author of the article agrees...
I played it on PS5 performance mode as well. Easily one of the top best-looking games worlds. Beautiful, vibrant colors and details.
An electronics manufacturer wants to manufacture and sell electronics. Sounds about right to me.
Fun, good games are always worth playing. No matter how much time has passed.
I’ll keep an open mind until the game is released and more comes out regarding the gameplay and game world. The trailer looked good though.
That’s exactly how it should be but some people won’t let common sense get in the way of some juicy controversy. Most people would just focus on ‘how good is the gameplay’ while some are focused on ‘how jiggly are they’ lol
Only true gamers acknowledge good games all around, not just in their singular gaming ecosystem. You may not personally be interested in the 'competitors' games for yourself, but you can't deny they are popular with many others. No need to downplay them further than that.
Always love to hear positive sales news for games. All you hear is doom and gloom for our industry but these prove it’s still alive and kicking.
Some multiplayer games are fun, but single-player games will forever be number one on my list.
Hopefully they won’t split the performance base like they did with the Series S and X. I honestly think they hobbled themselves with that decision. Devs could have gotten a lot more out of the X if they didn’t have to worry about feature parity with the S.
I’ve always preferred performance over resolution in my gaming. Given the choice, I would choose higher fps over better visual quality. But with that being said, 30fps is not a deal breaker for me. I’ve enjoyed far more 30fps games in my life than 60fps. Maybe I’d notice it more if I gamed primarily on PC with higher fps, then played the same game on console at a lower fps.
The simple reason that the ‘exclusive’ approach will continue to work for Sony and Nintendo is that those companies are still primarily trying to push their hardware. The only way to do that is to offer exclusive titles (even if only for a timed period) so that customers will be compelled to buy the console necessary to play the game. Xbox seems primarily concerned with getting their software on as many platforms as possible on day 1 so the ‘exclusive’ model will not work in that situation.
I would love to see a new matrix game. That is indeed a game world that has plenty of story and gameplay potential.
Both sides need to relax as neither extreme is sane. Forced inclusion and exclusion are two sides of the same coin.

Where did you read that this game was coming to PC, XB? According to this article (link below), the game’s director says he always wanted it on a single platform:
“Stellar Blade's Game Director on why PlayStation 5 exclusive
"I felt that I wanted to release a high-quality game on a single platform," said Kim Hyung Tae, SHIFT UP CEO and Stellar Blade Director to Famitsu. "And so when it came to deciding on wh...
