Agree that a slim will always happen but a Pro is up in the air for the exact reason you mentioned. At most they can further guarantee a 4K 120 experience...which seems an iffy reason to make a PS5 Pro.

He edited the behavior in that one area, as well as dropping the resolution to 720p. Very cool but not a universal fix.

Yeah, I was pretty sure it was Fallout so thanks for confirming. I recall watching a pretty funny video where a user cranked it up to 120fps on PC and the world just imploded. Objects were swirling around in air, ragdoll physics sent haywire, etc. It was funny stuff.

Yeah, after dropping the frame rate and editing some behavior files. To make it work in more than that specific area that he edited would require a lot more editing. At that point you just remake/remaster the game (my bet on what's going to happen).

The game physics and most logic are tied to framerates (30fps). Meaning the game essentially runs in fast forward at 60fps.
There won't be a 60fps patch until they literally remake the game to work normally at 60fps.
All this modder did (as awesome as his work is) is edit the eboot and param.sfo to run at 60fps. It's not hard and anyone can do it with a hackable PS4 (firmware 505 or lower)....

Crazy idea here but maybe try to go away from the ultra-realistic visuals/style. That could be cool and only hardcore wrestling fans buy the WWE 2K games even when decent.
Look at Fire Pro Wrestling. You could make wrestling game with that art style but real wrestlers, modern and classic. Then, add in a ultra-detailed editor and make the game slightly more arcade-like. Make it easier for a newbie to play but deep enough for a hardcore fan to enjoy.

It was New Zealand back at launch. They messed up at launch and you could get it for free for about a day. Even after fixing the issue they let everyone that grabbed it keep it. Kinda cool.
It can only be licensing because it's so easy on a 505 PS4. I do it all the time and most titles work perfectly using basic settings of a simple app that the hacking scene made.
Why they can't do it for Sony games is another issue. That comes down to them either wanting to sell it again or not caring much about BC.
PS3 absolutely cannot be emulated on PS4. You're high of you think it can. You do not know what you're talking about lol
PS5? If specs are accurate it's possible but then again it would have to be done via software and they'd just use PCSX3, an emulator that has about a 40% accuracy hit right now. It could be done hypothetically, unlike PS4.

Perfect reply. I'm not at all into JRPGs or even most resembling them but tried P3 on PSP and loved it. I then tried P1&2 and couldn't enjoy them at all.
The model they built with P3 onward is the key to Persona. Start with 3 and only play any before it if you finish 5 and cannot get enough. Even then prepare to be disappointed.
