They have the port ready, its been stated. Unfortunately, this game is a timed release. Sony paid to have the first console MMOs on their system exclusively for awhile.
It will defintely be on 360... which is sad those Halo Xbots will be almost as annoying as the WOW players playing...
Fortuately, both WOW tots and xbots will find the game not to their liking ( its TOO HARD) and will be weeded out.
Actually they have changed the combat since the alpha, for the beta. If you are going to speak about a game, keep informed. They took feedback, that the combat was too slow and changed it... it looks great.

its eclectic and varied and thats what makes it great.
I think you look at the Xbox360 fanbase and your first thought is not that it is eclectic and varied. You know this because of the amount of Halos and other FPS's that are sold every year. Whether other games are purchased by Microsofts big wallet to be on the system or not, the fanbase is not varied. So you get big sales for some big FPS and then much smaller sales for other games.
