Chaos Theory and Pandora tomorrow were great but they are pretty difficult game, requires a lot of tactics. Therefore user base was narrow. Switching to Conviction provided Ubi with larger user base. Rise in profits so I dont think there would be revival of Chaos Theory or Pandora Tomorrow.

Thats more to the fact, MGS is partly stealth its more story and action driven. Yeah MGS1 was really pushing to stealth back in 99. But MGS is still story & action driven, stealth is secondary. There are boss battles in MGS, stylish moves and dialouge like movies.

The part where nocitis is walking and fighting with bahumut or dragon thing, was never doubted by me to be CGI. I have already seen that kind of visuals in games. Yeah if they could pull of the starting portion where they showw nocitis face in close up in real time than that wud be stunning.

I would say it looks OK, but the scale of the game is very large and the number of NPC's are incredibly high. For such a scale bungie has sure made the game look decent.
Also, Bungie has always gone for large scale than small scale with better graphics. I think they might beat Uncharted 2 and AC2 in terms of scale not to mention this is a FPS.

TO be exact 3DS hardware is much stronger than PSP although it does less polygons than PSP but it has higher processing speed than PSP and has hardware shaders. I dont exactly know but I am sure that PSP uses software shaders only.
Also 3DS effects GPU is newer so it has new effects like per pixel lighting, HDR etc. THe chip is more optimized for it so these effects can be done with relative ease on 3DS than PSP.
Than Lost Odesssey in terms of voice acting, art direction etc. I think this might be the best game from Mistwalker yet.

Mass Effect 2 I think its really a good game you never get tired of it. Halo 3 I cant say yeah may be multiplayer is good but that is due to community support as it is in Counter strike, even now CS is popular on PC's.

Is great improvement from Resistance 2. If you really have played R2 the game looked great only due to its massive scale, else wise level of detail in R2 was not very great and R3 has the same scale plus its level of details seems to be of MGS4 level which is a big achievement.
Believe it, its really hard to get this kind LOD in such large scale.
