The article says it will cost $49.99/€49.99 for digital, so they will probably bundle it with the 1st game and sell physical copies for $60.
I was looking to get the first game, but it's only on sale for 360 and not the Xbox One. Makes me think that maybe it's a GWG title for next month.
Not really at the moment, but new weapons are going to be added to the supply drops which could be significantly better than the current weapons and obviously buying the supply drops makes the weapons much easier to obtain than grinding to unlock them through challenges.
Activision is just as bad, if not worse. They have paid DLC on top of the microtransactions in COD, not even EA is doing that with Battlefront 2.

We have people considering the game for GOTY and are going to make their decisions before the game officially releases(Like The Game Awards), what if for some reason the game ends up getting pushed back a few weeks? Then we have a game that's either won GOTY or received a nominee for it in 2017 and didn't even release that year, should it then be acceptable for it to get nominated again in 2018? No not every company does it. I don't agree with what they're doing, but they did lower the hero cost by 75%, which was the problem that started this controversy and instead of opting to sell a season pass, they're adding future content for free, people are being overly critical of the game.
They are implemented well in Overwatch though, the unlocks are all purely cosmetic and they help fund new maps, characters and game modes which are completely free.
I don't feel that I'm having to tolerate them, in fact I quite enjoy them, if it wasn't for the goal of leveling up to unlock loot boxes, I would have probably stopped playing this game months ago.

Their games don't see much discounts, that ones true.
The Joycon are estimated to cost $90 to manufacture and they sell them for $80, so how are they screwing people there? Also Nintendo allows you to use controllers form their previous system (Wiimote, Gamecube, Wii U pro controller) on the Switch to give users more options instead of forcing them to buy a another new controller (like Microsoft does).
Nintendo isn't selling the overpriced SD card...
I'd much rather watch it on the bigger screen that the Switch has than a phone and you're forgetting that people will also be using it to watch on their TV's.

The cards are licensed by Nintendo and being sold by SanDisk, Nintendo didn't price the product.
