Great game , great story .... people like to discredit it as a mainline FF but it's honestly a tier above the rest and has everything that defines what a FF title should be . They've done alot to streamline everything since the release of ShB and is a good time to start if you never have .
Ya no proper GT made last gen feel naked to me on top of Driveclub servers being shut down years ago ............ yep I bet most people forgot about Driveclub lol .
Xenogears , Warhawk , a Links Awakening style Alundra remake or 3d dot heroes , Lunar , Dead Space , I love Soul Reaver but I think Blood Omen LoK would be cool . I just want more rpgs lol
lol Sony introduced the platform in which MANY unknown or starting developers florished and dominate now , it was the first console to hit 100 mill sales . Tech was very different back in the sega/nin era ports or multiplatforms weren't a thing , most game were built from the ground up for that particular console , arcade ports were heavily downgraded to accommodate each system . The success of the ps1 made microsoft wanna piece of that pie ...... creating the mutliplatform we know today ...
I remember renting this a few times but never beat it , I don't remember much about it but I know I liked like it . Never played the second . I'll gladly pick this up as even semi quality rpgs feel hard to come by nowadays .

We've come a long way from "This game is too hard" 5/10 reviews lol , I'm so glad this game gets to shine again with the proper love it deserves for a new generation . Preordered the original deluxe edition back in the day after I saw over seas footage a year prior to the NA release . I can't even imagine what next gen only games will look like in a few years
Sony of coarse!!! It's where I can play FF14+16 and probably timed exclusive of FF7r2, Exclusive FromSoft games and their full catalog of games in general , my already existing library of games, my preference of Jrpgs over Wrpgs .......Kojima..... and alot more reasons that i'm not gonna list . See and I haven't even mentioned anything about the console yet ..... give me them games baby!!!
Ohhhh it is ...........You probably forget you only can have limited amount of weight so you can't pick up armor, weapons and consumable if you go over your item burden . Repairing equipment is a thing , in soul form you only get half health , you die and world shifts into dark tendency making the game harder and more enemies appear . Also don't forget Soulsucker ... for anyone who hasn't played it you're in for a treat lol

I loved resistance 1 and 2 , never got around to playing 3 because I was deep into Killzone multiplayer by the time it came out .Also the ending of 2 was kinda like wtf and come outta nowhere since it killed the main character of the first 2 games . Still very ambitious at the time with 64 person multiplayer. Still hoping for a remaster trilogy!!!
All 4 of my controllers that I’ve bought all had stickdrift but I also play highly competitive multiplayer games in long sessions which probably wears them down way faster
Man gotta remember to be a female character when I get around to playing this , the Executioner Miralda set it my favorite armor in all the souls series , I wanna see what the new version looks like .

I’ve felt that way with most games since FF15 , started seeing the patterns in a lot of games early on and in most cases I never buy games on release anymore. Most single player games I wait at least a year cause theres always a complete/ definitive version at a lower price
Ya I put like 80 hrs into PoE and recently tried torment but my god are the load times atrocious , I put them down for a bit and tried to play em again but the loading was just unbearable to continue . I honestly really liked them and would like to finish them at some point so I'm hoping ps5 can reduce loading to somewhat more tolerable ... XfingerscrossedX
Shouldn't hype a game up 8 years in advance, they still need to learn to walk before they can run. I've seen the downfall of many game developers because of their own hubris. They knew last gen consoles weren't up to par with the vision they were intending to create. Instead of giving multple delays and false promises they should've just delayed it a full year and cancelled last gen versions then they could've given it they polish it needed and sold it as a true next gen s...
