this is just a sale to clear out inventory. It won't last long and probably will not have any lasting affect for Blu-ray. It'll help MS make a little money, and make way for new products.
the Pole Position commercial, although the Centipede one creeped me out.
how did I get a disagree for quoting the article? I didn't take anything away or add to it. Only 3 words from the quote listed above. Wow, people will argue about anything.
for the PS3. I just wish I could read the article, since I can't read Dutch.
"at this moment."
gives ambulance chasers a bad name. This guy makes a living chasing after tragedies.
They do have a long way to go, and the service may never be as accepted as Live. On the other hand, they are trying some things that would never be on Live. Fl0w is one of those games, expect to see more like it in the coming months.
It is of the AUTHOR'S OPINION that any demo for FF XIII will be packaged with The Last Remnant game. Square Enix has said NO SUCH THING. Also FF XIII is PS3 exclusive and the 360 version would NOT include a PS3 demo. That would be like having an Halo 3 demo packaged with Uncharted. Neither situation would ever happen. I know The Last Remnant is multi, but there is NO way that that demo will go to the 360. EVER.
and all these "format war" stories will be dead. No need for new ones if there is no rival format. We'll just have to wait until Toshiba's announcement, which hopefully will be sooner rather then later.
I know all there is about prognostication. Now how do I use it to get a new career. Something that pays a lot for not a lot of work, guess work at that.
I'm a little off topic whengeeksgobad. I chalk it up to being tired. Now in my defense, there has been a lot of talk lately about downloading games. It seems that most of these conversations are brought up in reference to why Microsoft doesn't care about this format war. "They're going to go digital download anyway." I hear that just about every day. I'm just used to getting something when I pay for it. Sure, I've purchased a few games off of PSN, but I would much prefer to ...
Darksnipa. I hate digital music. My files end up corrupted and then don't play correctly. I would hate for the same thing to happen with a game, that incidentally, has a lot more information at risk. A line of code gets deleted or substantially altered, and there goes your game. I'll stick to disks, thank you very much.
PS3 version only...if it happens that way at all.
No
At this point, who knows how the demo will come. Granted, it'd make the most amount of sense financially for Square Enix to package a demo with another game, but that's not what they said in the story. We have no idea at this point. We'll all just have to wait and see.
it's a good game to begin with, and there are no certainties in this business.
but some of those videos look like they were set-up.
calling others a fanboy and saying stuff like that just makes you sound like an a jerk. Just don't do it. By the way, I'm not a 360 fanboy. I like all the systems and have no favorites. Gamers, real gamers, are funny like that.
a winner and a loser. This format, it was Sony's turn to win (since they lost so bad with beta-max). I do feel bad about the people that bought HD-DVDs. It really is a shame that the discs won't work on other systems.
I like to have a disc in my hand and special features on my Blu-rays. Try that with digital downloads.
