I'm pretty sure he meant because it was a rapid fire review whereas the Quantum Break review was the traditional Angry Review type. This one was missing all those fun skits and Joe being upfront talking about it more expressively. It was a shorter, cheaper, less entertaining type of review than people who watch Angry Joe reviews are use to. He was too busy this month compared to when Quantum Break came out to do a full, fun-filled Angry Joe Review.
If it plays 4k movies and video content I'm all-in. Why buy a stand-alone player when you could get a PS4k?
Give it to a sibling, other relative, friend or spouse that doesn't have or couldn't afford a Ps4?

Everybody ask for that "rehashed content" though. People that play are constantly asking them to make the older strike and raids relevant again by releasing higher light level versions of them. The Winters Run strike was a good revamp, more challenging too.
It's noted that the number of registered users have gone up from 25 million to that 30 million in a span of 3 months so it's still a significant increase, regardless of actual users. Basically it had to have had quite a few sales to jump up that many registered users.
PS4 Neo is basically just a PS4 that can play and stream 4k movies/videos. The extra power can be beneficial to games but not by a massive amount so it won't be a generational leap. The architecture will be exactly the same. Nothing will change until the PS5 is out and they'll probably only support cross-gen games between PS5 and PS4 Neo.
Exactly, if the base architecture is EXACTLY THE SAME how in the world is it lie developing for another platform?
You just develop for the base module and the only thing extra would be testing the base version on the Neo then unlocking any extra assets that the Neo could handle and testing those before release. All it should effect is your graphic setting options.

The 1:1 thing is kinda bad/exploitable in a way. You essentially could just keep a slue of "trash legendaries" for each of your characters and upgrade them to highest light whenever you want to use those characters. You'd lose purple gear every time you infused between gear but that's why I called them "trash legendaries". All those Sterling Treasure box pieces of gear could easily serve as expendable gear as they seem effortless to obtain.

This is a FREE update, it's odd that you'd be harsh on re-skinned content when it's free. Besides I think I read that a new strike was included and at least 1 new exotic.
Point, it's just an update, which is great for anyone that still likes the game.

Fusion Rifles and low rate of fire auto rifles and pulse rifles got a buff
Hand Cannons got more reserve ammo.
My only issue is that their constant "balancing" always makes exotic weapons less special. Why even have exotics if you don't want people using the hell out of them?
I'm looking forward to this update, it's gotta be the best free thing to happen to Destiny so far. This will also be the first time we get more than 3 routes towards end game level (335) gear.

What part of the game needs to o reach a vantage point that can't be reached by jumping?
Multi-player only games are MUCH cheaper to make than games that have both so that should be cheaper, all your examples are irrelevant. Cost them less so it should cost us less, simple as that. To top it off it has micro-transactions as well. I wouldn't pay more than $40 for a game like that on console, $30 on PC.
