Complete agreed. UBI games usually drop in prices within few months so get the gold/complete or ultimate edition (whatever they decide to call it) for under $30 (usually I wait for under $20-$25)

Nothing is going on. People act like everyone just rushes to buy every game but with the backlog of gamers growing by the day some gamers just want to wait for better sales
Games are launching now a days with needing multiple patches just to bring them to a good stable state. For example I want dragon dogma 2 but will wait till end of the year because I have enough games to play and by waiting I will get a much better experience and pay half the price

I am just really tired of the greed in gaming industry right now. A company could make 250 million in profit and the following year could make 248 million. Instead of saying we made half a billion in 2 years they say we lost 2 million.

i think waiting in general now a days is a better more safer option. Just delaying the purchase for 3 months could mean better performance and with community feedback they can release patches so overall experience could end up being a lot better/smoother
phil it has been like this because xbox brand hasn't been helping grow the industry. If xbox console were at 40 million instead of 26 we would have healthier industry
