well talking just about the graphics for the game.. they certainly have been dumbed down.. the poly count is less.. the textures for the characters seem to be of a lower res and definitely the lighting is not as good as before.. I guess they couldnt really have a lot of polys and texture for the characters..

Havent played prototype so far... am on the final mission for red faction and finished infamous.. Infamous for me was the best thing I played on the PS3 so far.. Red Faction is simple outright fun!! it never gets old and is a very smartly designed game. I cant pick one outta these two.. but for a guy who just has a PS3 and can buy only one game.. I agree time better spent on enjoying games on a platform a person owns instead of participating in fan and flame wars... I got both the console mainly coz I want to enjoy the best of both worlds..
7.5 is good.. and anyhow the game is getting a 80+ around on metacritic and gameranking so I think its a good pickup for a fan of open world games and for some who love loves to play superhero. I remember game called Total Overdose which was overthe top fun.. and scored around 7+ish ..
I dont F***ing care about the graphics.... Its God of war 3.... its the reason I bought a PS3, Its gonna be a awesome Game.. Good graphics just done cut it and it will hold true with GOW3.. the e3 Demo was insane... it showed how much variety the game is gonna have while keep the game roots and what it did the best...

I agree with ya when ur saying ppl are looking for darksiders and dantes inferno... what I am saying here is having kojima and Castlevania name adds it to a different league maybe comparable to the likes of God of war... There is so much anticipation for games like MGS and god of war.. having these brand names like castlevania and kojima on this title will give lords of shadow a similar if not the same anticipation

indigo prophecy was awesome... I am drawn to this game mainly coz of the first casting video they showed and over all theme in general.. This stuff is kinda on the iffy side.. hopefully they will start showing how much more darker the game can get. I believe quadantic Dreams do good game and this should a very good one indeed
