Zelda BOTW would probably not sell with the casual market, but would sell well with both gamers and kids.
Didn't read the article, but is this one of those situations where someone harassed another employee and they are taking this stance to mitigate the damage that is sure to follow?!

Agreed. When sequels are supposed to build upon the prior iterations, make improvements, tie up the story arc, maybe put the storyline in motion for a new direction, etc... And it just disappointed in all those aspects and traded it for an action game. Call of Dead Space was more like it.
Don't forget the power of Animal Crossing and Pokemon.
To hopefully answer the title without reading the article, because the consoles don't have a portable/handheld option to accompany their systems.

I can see a desire for this as portable gaming devices still sell. It's all about the games.
A softie with infinite lives and regenerating health. Used to take a lot of quarters sometimes when you only had 3 lives to try and rip through a game.
I'm not a fan of the look either. I haven't been able to get one just yet, but it is huge. I'm wondering if there will be a redesigned version coming in the future.

But was Bethesda awarded anything? They might have changed it to pray, but hopefully they weren't awarded any money and instead just wasted a bunch of money on legal fees.
