Exactly, this is a short game which highlights an important message "it's good to talk".
I found the game emotional and very sad so I'm not sure what half the people on here are talking about.
In fact I imagine many on here haven't even played it, because if they did I'm sure we'd actually not be shitting on it and spreading a important message.
GameSpot clearly has no empathy, emotion or any human caring abilities.
It's a good, very sad and emotional game and that's all I'll say.
I'd give it a very good 8 score, nice and short with meaning behind it.

Gaming shelves have definitely gotten smaller over the years for sure.
In my home city we have 1 GAME retailer where you can buy games (limited shelf space) and 1 supermarket called Tesco and that's basically it.
I also live in the 5th biggest city in England so it's not like I live in a small city either

Now as for the game being good or bad I don't know as I've not played it but I can guarantee you it's just auto hate because it's live service weather they've played it or NOT.
Agreed but imo we could get at least another 10 years with physical.
The way I see it going is the Devs and pubs could offer launch day pre orders ONLY of physical games and ONLY make that number of discs and if you don't buy it on launch tough it'll be digital ONLY after launch.

So because you didn't like it, that means it's crap.
Have you ever thought for once that maybe some are good games and it's just not your type of game.
They will not launch a new kojima movie/game on launch with small ps6 gamer numbers, they'll wait until the end of the 1st year when numbers will be at about 15m consoles sold.
Why not play the one you bought ? Plus why haven't you played something you bought ? You had a entire lockdown during a pandemic and you still didn't play it ?
And gamers forget or choose to be dumb that new gamers come along and/or younger gamers become older.
Looked OK, it's free so I'll go in with zero expectations. I like the psychological horrors so I'll be playing this with headphones, in the dark and hopefully good duelsense implementation.

Agreed, enjoyed both. I'd like to feel the duelsense features but I'm hoping for a small upgrade fee for this rather than full price.
I didn't get any frame drops, certainly nothing to have a fanny attack over lol, I think GameSpot missed the entire point of the game which is basically it's good to talk etc without spoiling.
I also imagine GameSpot probably never read any of the letters or notes cause this game is powerful and emotionally sad.
I think they went into the game expecting something totally different.
