Holy crap! Graphics like this are unheard of. Hands down the best graphics I've ever seen in a game and I've been playing games since 1990 on PC and consoles. If the gameplay is as good as the graphics then best FPS ever!!!!
difficulty settings in Halo 3!!!! I have it up too high cause I suck at fps!! I can't even find a way to restart the entire campaign so I can change difficulty. Please help!!!!
use a vertical split line instead of horizontal. I know... give us both options. Gee how hard would that have been? I personally think vertical split would be better on my 61" HDTV. it would almost be like having 2 4:3 ratio screens next to each other
The big differences from halo 1/2 and halo 3 are:
1. High dynamic range lighting. Looking at the sun it gets brighter. Hopefully coming out of a tunnel and into full daylight will be a brightness adjustment. Maybe blind for a second to simulate eye adaption to light
2. The contrast in this game is awesome. The difference between shadow and full sunlight is big. Most games don't show contrast differences like that.

I want both sandbox physics and graphics. Next gen systems are powerful enough for both. Although I would lower the graphics a little bit to get better physics but I also want 60 fps! Fluidity is important too. Damn it when is xbox 720 coming out!!

This is for multiplayer mode only. Single player won't be like that. DX10 in single will just have better lighting.

I've also played the xbox 360 version. I hate that version. framerate is way too slow but on my pc I get like 60 fps(8800 gtx sli required for this). xbox 360 version 4/10. this game can be addicting after the first hour of playing.

I wish this game was coming out on the pc. My computer can make this game much better graphics wise. I play gtr 2 with 8X SSAA @ 60 fps on pc. Jaggies be gone!! It looks to me that this game is running 4X AA in the replays and no anti-aliasing when actually playing the game. Hopefully Xbox720 will have jaggy free games, 1080p resolution @ 60 fps. How can you guys not be impressed by the graphics??? If you compare that with San Andres, San Andress looks like a cartoon in comparison. I'd say its about 10X better in graphics especially where the lighting is concerned. I will guarentee that there will be no destructible environments in this game...no way
