I honestly cannot wait for this game. The first game in the series was terrific, story was well told. Dracula has always been my favorite antagonist and this iteration of the character certainly peaked my interest when the first game came out. Sure his base story sounds old and trite, it is just very well presented. Not to mention the music by Oscar is amazing! Compliments the game so very well. My best wishes to the people involved in the development team! :)
I'm sure this time Sony and Microsoft would release their consoles around same time frame.
Winning is not an issue, both consoles would fare well in long run to keep them going- hopefully. Although I think this reversal by Microsoft came off as desperate (I believe they should've stood by to what they initially said, matter of principles and professional integrity), I think it would help keep the market competitive.

It's a neat idea. Although I would love it if they did it canon, bring together story element that can serve to be part of the Series' mythology.
While I think they could've used another famous game instead of DC, but for me it was the one of the best for it was the first action/horror games on PSX when I bought the machine! :)

I concur. Those are some amazing looking shots or concept arts. Defintely has vibes of Lovecraftanian horror. Let's just hope the game is truly frightening.

Looks interesting and all but haven't we had enough prequels? I was hoping it would be a sequel. It's hard to imagine Kratos without all that rage, I'm sure he'll still be similar to his current self.
I don't get why don't we simply have backwards compatibility in every console. It'll be really cool to just have it, I know its very possible. They've sold as many ps2s or xboxes as they were gonna sold :/
I suppose it doesn't make sense to include Ps3 and 360 compatibility since they make profit, but it would still be nice.
