Usually I am wary of something like this, that is to say a game releasing so soon after the announcement; makes me feel like either something has been rushed or removed to meet the deadline. However, given that the game will reuse some assets from RE2, I'm cautiously optimistic as to its quality. Here's hoping it still retains the dread and tension of the original.
Amen to that!
Switcher!
It costs us Canadians $110 with tax on top, so go figure. Nintendo is quite disconnected from their customers when it comes to prices.
Fallout from Fallout 76 ain't so pretty after all :D
I think op is trying to say that if it were pre-planned then it should by default be included in the game, not let it come later.
If they will get their heads out of the RE franchise, probably more IPs can get the chance they deserve, as much as I enjoy the franchise (not counting 5 and 6).
$600 is too much, $400 would be sweet spot but guessing $500 which means $600 in Canada sighs.
I don't mind the first person view, but I think they are seriously losing an opportunity to make this a further immersive game with VR support for Ps4 and PC by not implementing the said feature. That'd have been icing on the cake.
Although it is understood that it is not legal practice to do this, however, what other way is there for a gamer to access a title that isn't either readily available or not crazy expensive?! It is outright cruel to segregate people like this for something like gaming i.e. don't have $100 for this cart, well tough luck and no we won't make it available online for purchase either. That is just bad practice.
You know I would really consider this a tie, they're both terrific villains and arch-nemesis to Spider-Man. Goblin I see him as a foe that has Spidey running on steam, pushing him to the max with different aspects and extensions of his life with their battle being a little more grand. Venom I see as a foe that is more haunting, an eerie malevolent shadow that pursues Spider-Man and gets him feeling threatened on more intimate level. Both equally entertaining and fun in terms of usage.
Well I hope classic Venom does make a vital appearance in the sequel, it's sorta must for me to have Venom in a Spidey game; makes it more appealing and fun.
Perhaps another Separation Anxiety type game haha :D
Were they not supposed to restock classic NES mini during Spring/summer?
Yeah no matter it's function, it could've been colored black/red. White doesn't mesh well with the suit at all.
Couldn't agree more. It's ridiculous to call it by the original's title.
Doesn't matter digital or physical copy, don't the games still install a huge chunk onto the HDD despite that?
It'd be available for purchase right after E3!
Konami, you have no respect for these IPs (Castlevania, MGS, and Silent Hill), just sell it off to those who do and who'd actually create a game out of 'em for which they were created.
Doesn't matter, not worth the trouble for $65, besides PS3 kept me plenty entertained from the onset...still use it and love it!
I share your sentiments toward it, my favorite RE in the series. Nemesis truly is a unique tyrant of the series, notched up the tension to the max whenever he appeared and given his AI upgrade in the remake, I'm really not that bothered by some changes. Although I would have loved to have alternative endings/ routes in the game.
