Well, really, we couldn't expect the Wii to sell like mad forever. The market was going to be saturated sooner or later GameStop recently reported they were starting to have them in stock on a stable basis, which, to me signals a slight decline in demand among other things.
I probably still won't buy the DSi. I have a Wii and therefore access to the virtual console, so why spend another 130 dollars?
Oh the joys of trying to do this for a living...
Honestly, I can't explain this. One could blame marketing, but really I can't think of any PS3 owners who don't know of this game. It should be selling more than it is.
I'd buy this but really GTA just lost my interest a long time ago. It just feels like doing the same exact thing all over again.
Be forewarned. Valkyrie Profile for the DS has been coming back with largely mediocre reviews.
I remember the days when I was young and obsessed with playing MK. It's funny, I actually never really got to. Maybe I'd be more of a fighting game fan if I had been
I listen to a lot of game music (damn you Tommy Tallarico!) and wear game shirts all the time.
But you know what? I have a girlfriend and she loves games as much as I do, so I don't give two craps what everyone else thinks!
Yeah, but I think that says more about how many people are willing to buy stupid casual crap than it does about the quality of Killzone 2.
I hope LO2 comes to the PS3. Valkyria Chronicles was great but I could use another JRPG.
And can I just say how much I love the increased presence of zombies in games as of late. I've always loved the undead!
Yeah, I had to replace my copy of FFVIII recently because the first disc wasn't working anymore. It's actually been nice because the new copy showed up right before Spring Break, giving me some time to play through it again. I'm just getting past the slower early section and into the main plot.
Vin Diesel could play any number of video game characters and should. Kratos for instance would rock with Mr. Diesel playing him. I'd pay to hear him yell, "I am the God of war!"
I'd love to see more games get the retro treatment. Mega Man 9 for instance is something I'd love to see repeated with Zelda, Mario, Final Fantasy, etc.
Sigh. I feel sorry for the gamers in Utah.
I know that Jack Thompson isn't quite as notorious in other circles but his legal record should be indicative of something to a rational person, especially someone in a legal position of power.
Heh, glad people liked my picks.
I have been convinced for awhile that Christmas was the time of the devil any ways. Nothing says hell like over achieving soccer moms desperately trying to get the new tickle me turd so their two year old can have a "perfect" Christmas.
I have thankfully been able to avoid all the men dressed as Sailor Moon. I'm actually wearing the shirt right now and I am definitely going to have to order the Snake Eater wall scroll. It's undeniably cool.
A remake of Code Veronica with RE4 controls would be awesome. I'd want that more than RE5.
I was pretty impressed by the opening level actually and even though there have been no stand out "whoa" moments, I feel like the game has been consistently more intense then Resistance 2 whose big moments felt kind of shallow really.
And I don't get why people expect so much divesity in war based shooters. I get it that K2 is a sci-fi game, but it seems to be shooting for realism more than spectacle and in real life most soldiers look pretty similar when in combat garb...
By this logic, anything not involving death destruction and sex isn't for adults...
You know I think I saw Mario eying Toad the wrong way once...better send him to prison.
