So basically Indie developers want to publish on Xbox one when they want and how they want, irrespective of MS wishes and the time gap between releases. Only issue I see is that without extra content or lower price most Xbox1 gamers won't care about the game if it have already been out for a while on another platform.
@moshsin2596 You got the X1 clock speed wrong. It is 1.75 Ghz. Kinect can track your position better than the DS4 PS eye combo. It can read your heartbeat from your face and recognize you from other people in a dim room. The K2 has it's own on board processor, while the eye doesn't. If PS4 is your preference the great, but don't call people fools for liking Titanfall over Infamous Second Son. That is BS because it is purely subjective in what type of games you like.

So they ship you a new console, you don't pay anything and they take your word you will return the defective unit to them in 14 days and not take it back to the store where you purchased it. Then end up with two consoles and MS is out the price of a console. I know a lot of people are honest,but how many aren't?

Very few gamers want to buy a game that scores a 7. Everyone wants to play the "BEST" games around. Sometime people need to realize that what a game reviewer likes and what you like can be different.
It will be in every box sold. It like Wii sports, in that it will always be with a Wii. And developers will always know there is a kinect there. Besides that it provides the voice functionality for the X1.
Free is way better than what these guys charge for DVD's $130 and up for a weight loss system.
He is entitled to console because he paid for it. He is not entitled to online experience until MS is ready to release it. And he would have had both, but he started showing off download times and UI. They are working on these things until the last minute and can't afford anything damaging to be revealed in an unfinished product.

No screen too small. There is a feeling about playing on a 40" screen or better that hand held will never be able to duplicate.
It is not a developer's right to publish on any platform. The platform holder gets to decide what gets put on their platform and when. If id@xobx is giving 2 development kits and free licenses to unity and unreal 4, parity is not much to ask. If they don't want parity just shoulder the cost of buying a dev kit and game engine and be on with their timed release. Just don't ask for having it both ways.
