Assassin's Creed II beat Uncharted 2 to win the Best Action/Adventure Game category, but then lost to Uncharted 2 in the GOTY category. Does that make any sense? It pretty much shows that the awards mean nothing and hold absolutely no weight.

But why would this huge surprise be revealed in the first 5 minutes of the show? They could keep people watching the whole show if they saved it until the end.
Forza 3 is in a genre that is not expected to sell as well. Uncharted 2 falls into the most popular video game genres (Shooter, Action/Adventure) and is the biggest game of the year for the PS3. The most hyped, the most popular, the most talked about, the highest reviewed, the best-looking, the most critically-acclaimed... and yet it fails to sell like any equally hyped 360 exclusive would. When you get hype like that for a 360 exclusive it pulls Halo and Gears numbers.
Well, there's no argument whether or not Xbox LIVE is the better online gaming service. Of course it is! By miles. Even a blind, 2 month old walrus with Down Syndrome can clearly see that. The only question is whether the 360 version of COD: MW2 sold better because of Xbox LIVE, which is most likely exactly the case. It is nice to play with people with mics sometimes.

GTA IV shouldn't be in the list. Yes, it was extremely hyped, but it met that hype and surpassed it as the greatest game of this generation so far. Actually, it is the second highest rated game of all-time, just under The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time on MetaCritic.
Now I know I'll get attacked by all the PS3 fanboys who are still bitter about missing out on 30 hours of the GTA IV experience with The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony. Don't worry though, guys. 360 own...

Games are what's most important when it comes to GAME consoles. And which console won the Games round? Of course, the 360. And the online service you'll be playing those games on is very important as well, and which console won the Online round? The 360.
The only categories the PS3 wins are for being able to play Blu-Ray movies and having a prettier design. Nothing to do with the GAMES. GAMES, GAMES, GAMES are what's important.
