It kind of does, or I should say it "should". If not actually perfect, then it surely means it is at the very least essentially perfect. This is what we get with such a messed up review system and over-exaggeration.
I concur, I have been quite disappointed with Dark Souls 2 (mind you I didn't expect anything good from it after hearing what From Software had to say about their aims with it when they first started talking about it), but it is by no means a bad game by any means, just not as good as the previous games.
Probably because your friend is a moron.
Why? No-one was forced to buy anything. If you wanted a Day One edition you should have gotten your order in earlier, or waited to see if more would become available later on.
I never said it was a pre-order exclusive. It was used as an advertising draw though to increase sales and extra pre-orders in general.
Hah, good news for players in a way but pathetic from Konami and Kojima. "Here's exclusive content on X system so make sure you get your pre-order in quickly to receive it!" and then turn their backs on it.
And the PSP. Well, Square did.

That's awful kind of him. Congrats RedDragan and family!
While I never normally care about people's particular scores in reviews (or reviews at all really), giving it a 1 out of 10 is the lowest score you can give a game, unless you operate with 0/10, but regardless of the latter point, 1/10 signifies that pretty much every aspect and feature of the game does not work and is absolutely horrible and so abysmal that it cannot be endured whatsoever.
Expecting more will lead to a high probability of disappointment. I like what I'm hearing about what they've learned at least from titles like Hitman: Absolution and the fact that they may go back to having a large focus on deep JRPGs. However, I don't see any sense in expecting anything more than a short trailer at E3. Regardless of what Matsuda or Nomura or anyone at SE have to say currently, this pattern hasn't changed and the game doesn't seem an amazing amount closer ...
Curse you, the fact no-one else up until this comment had asked for an extra small was going to be my pretence to post here and ask for one in case they had any extra. Now my plan is FOILED!
Oh lookie here here's a comment from myself. Never mind, nothing to see here...
That exoskeleton looks absolutely incredible. I hate what Raiden was turned into after MGS2 but can't deny how amazing his suit looks, it looks like the early Rising concept suit.
Hey don't exclude me from that list because I don't have an Xbox One.
Pretty sure this trend in Japan has been going on for a while and is not just happening now. Hence why Peace Walker was made for PSP.
I've had this ordered since it was announced, but is it super necessary to play the previous games for this one? I've been contemplating attempting to find D2 at least but not sure when I'll have the time to properly play it. I know this is a prequel (or I think it is, anyway) but will I be missing out on a ton of references do you think?
That's awesome. I was going to donate but wasn't sure what exactly the Vita target was initially but this is great. Definite buy.
Will this bring the multiplayer up to 1080p?
Unique enemies or not, I still love a good boss fight when it's done well. It's a shame for me, but I still trust in CDPR, hopefully it'll be a nice take / change on the normal system.
Musterbrand version looks nicer. Isn't real leather but is about 5 times cheaper.
