A completely different staff member reviewed RDR2, not to mention RDR2's gameplay wasn't as arduous and disjointed as Death Stranding's.
Giant Bomb doesn't have an agenda and I'm 110% sure they don't give a rat's ass about the metascore of this game. You're just upset because you like the game and can't fathom anyone feeling differently, so anybody who doesn't like it as much as you just *has* to have some salacious agenda.
The author of the article is completely incorrect when they said "Sony launched Killzone with the intent of killing Halo". Literally nobody at Sony NOR Guerrilla ever made that statement, it was the gaming journalists who said that, and it was a bad and lazy generalization even back then. Outside of the two games being FPSes, there were hardly any similarities behind them. Completely different games.
Fallout 76 is such an embarrassment
Smokehouse clearly has very little to no actual life experience, otherwise he wouldn't find himself gobsmacked at the prospect of the organizer of a league banning him from said league for defaming said league publicly. The concept of "professionalism" might slap him in the face if he ever gets a real job some day.
@2pac
Kojima didn't make those games on his own, you know lol. Let's not pretend MGS games don't suffer from at-times atrocious writing, plot holes galore, insane retcons, too much extraneous exposition and overly long cutscenes that don't actually tell you anything new or important, among other problems. Kojima is talented for sure, but he's definitely overrated and so are the MGS games in general. Ready for the downvotes since this is N4G where people...
How has Sony not made a Resistance Trilogy collection on PS4 yet? Seems like it would've been a no brainer.
That Syphon reference, there's no way that's a coincidence. I'm all here for a new Syphon, even if it's a remake. And Sony Bend has put a ton of Syphon references into Days Gone, including a straight up Syphon Filter themed motorcycle. Let's do this! The expectation that a new Syphon would get released on PS3 was one of the main reasons I even got one, and now it's been two whole console generations since we've gotten a new game.
I wouldn't be gloating about "being free now" when you just released one of the worst rated wrestling games of the past couple generations, but you do you.
RIP Craig, gone too soon. Rest easy, brother.
That subtitle tho lol
As long as this game isn't an unoptimized piece of trash like the last one was (which apparently was outsourced for some reason) then it'll prob be a decent game at least
Wildlands seemed to be well received, I wonder what happened that they dropped the ball super hard with this one. This is what happens when greedy publishers try to continually push the Games As A Service model.
@hungry
I remember when Ghost Recon was basically a lite milsim. Ghost Recon in the early 2000s was legit. This newer stuff is Ghost Recon in name only.
>2 old guys who have been with the company for decades retire
>"almost every leader stepping down"
The quality of N4G discourse, everybody.
I really did think the MoH IP was just gonna lie dormant forever without a new title being made. This is pretty neat. Might give it a go at some point.
Half-Life fans can now rest easy.
He was being sarcastic lol
This explanation is so dumb and lazy. Not every site/company has the same rating scale in terms of criteria, so to blindly proclaim "this score means this for everything" is completely illogical. People only say this when a game they like gets a lower score than they wanted.
