Wow, I agree with you at least. Well thought out and said, with little fanboy like comments. *shrugs*
People have been asking for 2 forever now. Would love to see this happen.
I'm thinking $250 is probably the best idea for them right now. $100 is better hit to take, than the $150 cut that some are suggesting here.
I agree and would have liked to see what a Cell 2 could do, but they had to change just to keep 3rd party support.
I was too, but still no way as shocking as Gabe coming out for Sony a few years ago.
The way I read it, and admittedly trying to read between the lines here, but I think they're waiting for PS4/X1 to announce their release dates before they announce anything.
"We don’t have anything to share about the possibility of a next-gen or a PC platform release AT THIS TIME and we are completely focused on delivering the best possible experience for the consoles people have right now."
EDIT to add quote
Yeah, a little bit.
@pixelsword - I think he was being sarcastic.
@Jay70sgamer
I have a WiiU and I wasn't hating on the system, I was just pointing out how Wii Sports shouldn't be included in sales numbers.
I will say this though, WiiU needs more games, 1st and 3rd party. IMO, if they don't come out this holiday season, they are going to have a hard time keeping up with the other big 2.
@jay70sgamer - You can't really throw Wii sports into the mix, for most of those numbers are fluffed from it being bundled with the console.
Not to make light of your post, but racing games do make me speed sometimes. Other than that, games don't influence me one way or the other.
@jokesonyou
I'm one of the agrees for your post. I know I may not agree with some of your views when it comes to gaming, but this I do.
Stossel has done great work in exposing rampant, needless government spending and how both sides of political lines are doing just that.
But I guess disagrees here, are based on your name and/or reputation, than your actual posts.
It may be only a certain percentage of their sales overall, but even just being responsible for 10% of their numbers is enough to make them notice.
Now mind you, I don't know what actual percentage GS sales are for MS, I just used to 10 as a round number. But nevertheless, my point remains valid. You take away a source of revenue like Gamestop, the company would feel it
I agree. The only exemption for me would be Jaffe...though there are times I wish he would shut up too.
@Gman
Beiber has a better life than I do, so does that mean he's not a douche?
CLiffyB has a couple of Lambos and who knows what else, but complains about losing money and AAA titles are doomed. Sorry, but I don't see your argument.
It's funny, because I was just having a conversation a couple weeks ago talking about something like this. I was pointing out how we would have never seen commercials like this 10-20 years ago. Not just KY and Trojan, but even some of the pharmaceutical ones.
Games are bought and enjoyed by individuals. If they want to look at scantly clad women/men, then that's their prerogative. Period. I'm tired of games being a focal point or a target to push one's agenda...
Actually, as I pointed out above, it didn't do great. If I remember correctly, sales numbers were being thrown around and reading comments how the PS3 was DOOMZED. But one Sony began dropping the price, sales began to increase and started to hold it's own.
But as many has already pointed out, there was still value with the PS3 as being a cheaper blu-ray player and what have you. The X1 doesn't have that now.
If I remember correctly though, the price difference did matter. It wasn't until Sony began dropping the price when it began to build up steam.
I preferred Demon's over Dark Soul's, but I guess that's neither here nor there.
But on topic. Isn't that how the industry goes? They see success with one game and try to cash in on that?
Or just business in general.
