I wouldn't get my hopes up in the graphics department there's too many barriers
1. It has to run on old hardware
2. 120 FPS
3. Bigger areas
4. New engine optimizations are probably nowhere near the Unreal Engines, Frostbite engines, CryEngines, etc
With most multiplats largely looking and playing the same the obvious winner is the PS5 because it'll always be about exclusives

Hellblade doesn't even come close to wiping the floor with TLOU 2 graphically
