MS still has a lot of hill to climb and bridges to rebuild, and even their current announcements have been vague and contradictory. Sony doesn't need to worry about an indie exodus anytime soon, that's for sure.
Stoked for Torchlight 2, pre-ordered a 4-pack on Steam for myself and my kids, Torchlight was great, being able to play it in coop will make it even more fun.
The internet was on fire...except for the part where no one had heard about this.
Fans of gaming respond with, "a Crysis game that doesn't suck ass would be "absolutely awesome".
Is Kinect Star Wars the bar which has been set? If so, almost any Kinect game could use the tagline "Better Than Kinect Star Wars"
I didn't really care for Crysis 2, it was very average as a game. I dunno that jungle-ized New York City is going to make it any better, but I guess we'll see.
I went ahead and Googled 'Dragon’s Crown boobs' with Safe Search Off. I wasn't disappointed. Thank you internets.
I'm currently sitting with money in 3 games, Double Fine's game, Wasteland 2, and Grim Dawn. If 2 of the 3 come out, I'll be pretty happy.
You're right, the storylines in games like Heavy Rain, Infamous, Uncharted, MGS4, Heavenly Sword, and Resistance don't hold a candle to the literary masterpiece that is the equivalent of a football team fighting aliens.
$100 for a boxed copy of the game. I guess it's better than the $120 they had it at when they were still tweaking the Kickstarter page. I'll probably just throw in for the $18 version. I would totally pay $50 for a boxed copy, but $100 is ludicrous.
I threw in $50. I never played the first Wasteland, which is odd since it was totally in my younger gaming days. I played a lot of the Bard's Tale series and other games of the time, but until probably a week ago I had no idea what Wasteland even looked like.
But there was a "worn cloth map" mentioned in the description, so I couldn't say no.
What if I just start kicking poor children?
Bazinga!
PC snobs.
Think I'll skip this one.
The quality of this reminds me of budget late '70s softcore porn.
It's too bad this isn't budget late '70s softcore porn.
My understanding has been that the gaming division at Sony is the one place they're making money. It's their electronics divisions, like TV, receivers, etc, that they're taking a bath on.
Still playing a lot of Unit 13 in my spare time. Also haven't beaten Blobs Attack o Motorstorm RC yet. I carry my Vita everywhere I go, to work, to my son's lacrosse practice and chess tournaments, etc. Not anywhere near bored with it, but I tend to use it primarily when I'm away from home waiting on something or hanging out at lunch, so I probably don't play it as much as some people.
Witcher 2 sold more copies on the PC than Dark Souls sold on the PS3, so your assertion that Dark Souls will only get pirated is pretty weak.
Also, you're the first person I've ever seen try to perpetrate mods as a bad thing. I bet if you do some yardwork and take out the trash, maybe your parents will buy you a PC to play games on!
I couldn't stay interested enough to finish the main game, not sure why I would want to pay extra for more of it.
Why would Activision bother with a new engine on a generation of systems that are about to be replaced with newer consoles? Makes no sense. Of course they're still going to be using the same Quake 3 based engine all of the COD games have been on since MW1.
It's a garbage game, more pixels isn't making it better.
