Hell to the yes for Jak 4. My 2nd favorite franchise right behind MGS, and if it were to make a late 2008 release, this would be the best year of my life.
also, I'm not sure if Kojima is gonna work on ZOE3 yet because I recall him saying he has an idea for a new game. Anything from Kojima is welcome though. But I'm sure he hasn't even started whatever's next yet though because he's been so focused on MGS4.

ya, they definitly need more Disgaea 3 on that list. That game will provide hundreds of hours of entertainment.
IMO, it's looking like this is going to suck, Banjo is going to be decent, and the rest of the 360's lineup is going to be pretty solid.
Of course, the rest of the 360's lineup mainly consists of Gears 2 and Fable 2. Plus at least 1, if not all of their RPG's are bound to be a hit, but most, if not all, are timed exclusive.

But when writing a review, you're supposed to think of the quality above your gaming preference. If I were to review Super Mario Galaxy, I would give it a 9.5. As far as my personal opinion goes, it's more of a 7 because it's simply boring to me, however, that's just my gaming preference. I shouldn't be allowed to let my preference blind me from sheer quality staring me in the face as an objective reviewer.
I agree. GTAIV got high scores for the sheer quantity and amount of things to do, even if some of them were flawed. It was a fun game that had tons of stuff to do.
Wheras MGS4 is a masterpiece of quality (allthough it does have plenty of quantity as well). And one of the best experiences ever experienced to boot.
GTA4 is a great game, but it's just that; a game. MGS4 is an experience and one that only comes once every decade or so.
I feel the same way. MGS4 is the greatest game I've ever played and IMO greatest game ever created. However, it comes with the price that everything else will feel mediocre for a very long time.
MGS4 has raised the bar so high it seems impossible for anything else to reach it for a VERY long time.

i do want all of those but Halo 3. However, I don't want any of them very much. I can get Mass Effect and Gears on my PC. Dead Rising looks fun, but not a system seller and Fable 2 looks very very interesting, but I never played the first so I can live without it.
However, if I did own a 360 I would buy all those games (except Halo 3)and must admit I am a tad jelous of a few of them.
EDIT: The only game I would seriously consider buying a 360 for at this poin...

the difference is, Sony's focus was always on "hardcore" games while the casual games took a backseat wheras Nintendo is now opposite.
I think it's pretty safe to say MGS4 made that 1 mil on day 1 :)
That's because SOP system regulates their pain so they don't feel it very much.

Officially confirmed: MGS4 is the best game ever (I just beat the boss in the middle of Act 3. F****** epic)
they also gave GTAIV a 10 on Story...
they won't withhold shipments from Wal-mart. They are way to big of a retailer and both Konami and Sony would miss out on too many sales.
I liked the review because they didn't complain about the cutscenes. Everyone knows there are long cutscenes, but they are F***ing amazing.

The difference is, Sony lost their money to make the PS3 (more) affordable to consumers. MS lost their money because they created faulty hardware.
