I dusted off my PSVR and I've have had three sessions with Skyrim VR. I've got to say..;
Skyrim VR might possibly be the best gaming experience I've ever had!
That statement combined with the fact that PSVR motion control is barely serviceable, and Skyrim wasn't built with VR in mind..
People wanted a killer app for VR, and Skyrim is IT.

I like SotC 2018 for what it is, but it's only a remake in the strictest technical sense; They've upped the graphics in every way imaginable, but done next to nothing with the gameplay. Camera is wonky, animations are better AND WORSE depending on how you look at it, and some of the gameplay even feels more dated due to the graphics. Artstyle the straight up botched and I DO apprecia...
Why do you call it front projection? There's a line of tv's that used the technique 'front projection' and to use it about home theater projection it's kind of confusing.
I do not think Mr nebaku is a true fan of The Shadow of the Colussus.
That does not mean that the ps2 version is bad - people saying that are not true fans of the game either.
Bluepoint does do the game justice I feel however, what with all the options to make it as true to the original as possible. Both lighting and controls.

Plus, he and his team are seasoned devs. The best team to compare them to might be Team Ninja and Hellblade.
Resident Evil RE is what I consider a true remake.
Shadow of the Colussus remake I prefer to think of as a true remaster (they aren't changing much of the gameplay).
The rest I like to think of as ports or re-release. It's good business I guess.
