I am not a fan of loot boxes, but if you KNOW what you are buying, and as long as it's cosmetic, I don't see the issue. Loot boxes and MT's are two different things completely.

The game is a blast.
People are using the term "monopoly" and I find it quite amusing that a LOT of people do a prospector dance everytime they see sales figures and "PS4 is crushing Xbox!!!!!!" It seems a lot of Sony users would LOVE a monopoly. Just as long as it's Sony. The people in these threads that want ALL consoles to succeed (me included) are definitely the minority. We should ALL want ALL consoles to be extremelly succesful. Nope.

Since when is selling 30+ million of something "bad"? Let me explain something to you. The PS4 and Xbox do not exist in a vacuum. What if the numbers for both were doubled and the Xbox sold 60+ and the PS4 sold 140? Would it still be a failure? Please explain to me what would be an acceptable number for it not to be a failure. Or is it all relative to what the PS4 has sold? Apple has 12% of the cellphone marketshare worldwide. Samsung is double that at around 23%. So has the iPhone ...

Yeah, so you get 18 disagrees, and he gets 11 agrees and ZERO disagrees. It's just funny because people say there's no Sony bias on this site (I actually own all 3). But man, it's glaring.
The main problem that people have brought up before, is gamers are demanding more, but don’t want to pay more at the register. Those costs have to be recouped somehow.
