Thank you very much for the info, my friend! I am quite up to date with the Vita's library and the PS4 remote play for the future.
One of the main features for me at the moment is PS+. I have Uncharted, Gravity Rush, Mortal Kombat, Gravity Rush, Metal Gear, Sine Mora, Jet Set Radio and a few more ready to download. Not having to worry about spending a fortune on games is really appealing at the moment.
Killzone in September sounds really appealing too.
I do need a reason aside from simply wanting one... it's called an affordable price. Things are a bit tough for me at the moment, but if the price comes down a bit I will be able to afford and get use out of the machine thanks to PS+.
And there have been how many Pokemon games since 2006? About 9? That is just the main series.

Good that the game has finally taken on a 3D style. It is a shame that this series has gone on for so long, milking the franchise every release with a set of 3 games and hardly changing the main objective. In many ways it is just like CoD and adds bells and whistles every installment. The last Pokemon game I enjoyed was Pokemon Col on the GC because it actually dared to be different.
Skyward Swords approach to combat was great amounts of fun for me. It is like no other Zelda game I have ever played and yet it still felt familiar. I think they struck a nice balance with it.

Demon's Souls got decent enough reviews (sitting at 89% on metacritic). It isn't criminally underrated by the critics and certainly isn't by the gamers. I don't think it is worthy enough to put on a list like this. All in all I would say DeS did very well. Oh, it also won Gamespots GOTY award.
It could get me back in to the Pokemon series. There are too many games now with not enough changes. They milk it with 3 releases for each generation of games and I lost interest after 3rd gen. This looks amazing!
They introduce me to new franchises, save me money, help fund some decent stores, allow me to buy games that are hard to come by. I love pre owned games.
There is no doubt that the games for the wiiu are going to be brilliant, even the 3rd party titles. Unfortunately, a console can't survive on brilliant titles alone (as stupid as that sounds). Surprised to see a higher percentage of people wanting the Xone over the PS4. With what has been revealed so far that is troublesome.

Whilst I agree that a lot of gamers have a false sense of entitlement, I disagree with your stance on pre owned games. If people buy pre owned it is their choice. If developers hearts were truly in the games then they would be happy with the fact that the customer got to play the game, not disappointed that they didn't get a sale. Good list, but I would add the other 2 Uncharted games, Gears 1 because it set some standards when it was released, Arkham City (I preferred it) and I would like to say Dead Space.
Dark Souls is unmissable for me, but I understand why people would pass on it. Also, everyone should at least try Mirrors Edge since it is so cheap.

A lot of them games are on the normal Wii's VC. Do they transfer to the wiiu, or do you have to rebuy?

From the GC to the Wii. Nintendo really did hit the ball out of the park with that one. Still, I can't discredit MS and what they achieved. I personally no longer support MS (and it has been that way since 08), but I think they have the chance to grab the whole industry by the balls thanks to the success of the 360.
