Sony cares about money too, so don't think that they are any different to Microsoft in that regard...
BUT, and this is a big BUT (lol big but) I think we can all agree that Sony are going about making their money in a more consumer friendly way that actually benefits both us gamers and Sony themselves.
Software wise... yeah, it was a pretty damn good show. Project Spark, Killer Instinct and Dead Rising all really appeal to me. Heck, even Titanfall looks like fun.
Still, Sonys anti DRM attitude stole the show for me. It is the console that I have to support almost by default. I know there will be classics down the line and Infamous 2nd Son looks set to be my favourite exclusive out of both consoles line ups. Killzone looks pretty badass too.
To get an applause and make Sony look good.
For the WiiU? Man, I thought this was a 3DS game. Not happy about this at all. It's bad enough we have NSMB which is inspired from a handheld game, but do we really need this?
Come on, now!!!! Mario deserves another high profile 64 / Galaxy type game. Jeeeez!

So, PS3 has surpassed the 360's lifetime sales according to VGchartz. It's a shame we don't trust those numbers, right guys?

There is basically a trend where every new system is a sinking ship (according to media). It is just hard to genuinely tell when a system is in trouble. I feel that the Vita is in trouble, but when it offers so much I don't understand why.
Can't spell Ignorant without IGN... oh, a favourable score for a PS3 game. I guess we will look past how much we hate IGN for this one review. SMH
The Xbox community is no slouch. I play Souls exclusively on my PS3, but there are many people who flood the 360 streamers on twitch. I'm not saying Twitch is the decisive factor in a games popularity, but it does show how many core fans it has on the 360.
They said a full review is coming. It seems they like the game. It is going to be over 9 by the sounds of it. Let's see if they can hit 9.5 on GT.
I disagree with the final scores on a lot of GS reviews. Skyward Sword for example. I do enjoy listening to what they have to say. I take the scores with a pinch of salt and kind of seen an 8 coming.

Nothing here for me, really. I own a lot of the titles and them CoD prices are insane. Maybe I should get Infamous FoB? Seems like a steal at that price. I guess saving my money for a Vita, The Last of Us and Animal Crossing are top of my priority list as far as gaming is concerned.

FYI, it is also not very intelligent to assume that people have stuff they are willing to part with in order to buy a PS Vita. I think you have a bit of growing up to do.
I would like to think of myself as smart. I am waiting for a price drop (which is a way around the price), a bunch of the games I want are on PS+ so I don't have to spend any additional money on games any time soon, I have seen how it will operate with the PS4...
Not only am I making a vastly more informed purchase than you, but the library is bigger AND I didn't have to sell a bunch of my stuff.
CoD has added new game modes, guns, equipment, items in the campaign, attachments, perks, loadout options like strike packages, maps, interactive points of maps, a new score streak system, dolphin dive, new secondary grenades etc
It's still all bells and whistles and is pretty much the same game... just like Pokemon!
I only counted the DS generation of games. There are probably around 30 Pokemon games since 2006. So, 30 Pokemon games to your 5 Uncharted games... who is really doing the milking?
For better or for worse, Microsoft have really made some solid contributions to gaming this generation. Unfortunately, it looks like some of those contributions are going to be exploited next generation.
I was pro MS... until 2008. Sony started to slowly turn things around from there. I could never go back to my 360 now... (literally... it's broke).
