At least they tried something, to be honest controlling online forums/people's opinoins is probably a never ending situation with no real absolute solution.
I would rather have had a blogs news section though.
Anyway i find that most the conversations usually only involve one to three comments at least for me. I try to say everything i want in the least ammount of comments.
all i really wanted was something on the same gritty level as resistance 1 for gameplay and levels. Not to mention the waves of enemies.
While a great game with awesome set pieces and battles raging around you, R2 had far too scripted gameplay moments for my taste. Be it the anticlamactic gameplay for the boss battles or the scripted one hit kill slashing enemies, who only killed me once. But the whole time i felt being prodded along compared to a general sense of forboding...
i think i'm not even going to rent fable 3 now. I wasn't sold on the whole gather follwers gameplay and now i'm thinking that fable 1 was a fluke while the rest of their games spiral out of control.
Bioware is a great company at making games but the numerous times they have slagged jrpg's has seemed to only insight a mudslinging match.
Why did MS get rid of Ensemble again? really?
I won't be surprised if AOE is missing something in the quality department.
Talk about a shortsighted plan.
Age of Empires was one of my favorite strategy games and now we're probably going to get Age of Empires Lite Edition.
Get some first party msoft.
hoping for more/better sidequests, Fable 1 was far more impressive than 2. It will have to do a lot to get me to buy instead of rent.
uncharted 1
had a great boss battle to end it aside from the annoying goons.
*spoiler*
taking out the guy unarmed was at least more enjoyable storywise.
Resistance 1 was a perfect boss battle.
*spoiler*
It consisted of numerous enemies firing at you while you fought off giant angels (big floaty monsters). It was far more enjoyable than any of the boss battles in the sequel (which imo was a let down comparitively, they were too scripted).
*end spoiler*
usually though i find some boss battles to be boring most of the time. I like the boss in killzone 2 it was a pain to ...
i know what you mean. I usually never like playing CTF, but for some reason it was a ton of fun on R1.
*Spoliers*
It was more of a stalemate with the chimera slightly coming out on top. The fleet of alien ships got destroyed, while more people were lost.
At the end of the day the outcome was the same as the beginning. They're barely holding out while slowly losing territory.
I think gears 3 will prbably be the best in the series.
I didn't like gears 2 all that much compared to the first one. Looking at the new gameplay footage it seems they added far more interesting enemies to this version than the last one.
Defensive much?
why don't you address the rest of his points besides price.
that would be good.
i liked all tmnt games when i was a kid.
Not to argue, but there was an article awhile back about how id next game will take only 2 or 3 years. Due to how they will have a feel for the engine and it's already built.
About dvd vs. blu-ray ,i don't really care about it we can't change what drives are in the game machines.
i'm spending alot of time in fallout 3. Even now the graphics seem awesome for such an open world game.
It was an awesome game, i remember driving through havana and chinatown , there wasn't anything like it at the time.
startwars is right, driver 2 and the rest just didn't know if it wanted to be a gta clone or not.
i think half the reason stems from it being an American console and the ammount of money on advertising.
I at first wanted an American console to win until i saw how horribly put together it is and how instead of increasing their studios they are now decreasing.
i thought chrono cross was an awesome game, its right up there with the ff series for me.
this will have the same difficulty level as a lego game. I mean i can just die and die with no cosequences in that game too.
I hope this isn't a trend.
It does look cool though.
