This is idiotic, plain and simple.
Demon' s Souls is one of my favorite game ever because was not "difficult", was challeging, severe.
Difficult only games are just for someone, I doubt I have enough skills to play properly a game if you "are trying to do it the most difficult game it is possible to make".
It' s just not fair, at least do more difficult levels from to choose: from Demon' s souls difficulty leve...
Quetzalcoatl is the only true one. Heretic.
PS: I would like to help people there. If I can I will.
@ Arnon
"Afraid that there's more than one option with this device?"
The only options to use this device with hardcore games you Kinect believers are showing me are some minimal features added to a tipical joypad scheme control and nothing more. What exactly would frighten me?
"Steel Batallion will use controller/Kinect" How? And -most important- with what results?
"Panzer Dragoon will use control...
Amazing! I LOVE mechs! Another game on my radar, I' m glad it' s on console too. Nice.
PS: Oooww ... WTF. It' s a downloadable game, only multiplayer, no single player mode :/
Are you telling that Microsoft just abandoned Xbox 360 just like they did with the original one and leaving users with the Kinect stuff until 2012 ( and that you are going to buy Xbox 720 day one anyway )?
Rrrright. Perfect shot.
@ etowntwo
Let me add something. If you example is really what kinect is going to do for the hardcore games ... I mean, look, I think that in a good review of a such game it would be hardly worth mentioning. 150$ for something that hardly worth mention would be foolish, don' t you think?
Another important thing: you have no guarantees that it' s going to be used in most of the hardcore titles at all.
It is likely to be the opposite.
@ etowntwo
I think you missed the point: Are you the controller? Or: you are the controller -but only- with another controller/joypad?
Isn' t Kinect like 150 $ without software?
Don' t tell me that this is a resonable price to "navigate a galaxy map" in a game ... it is like 0.01% of the game ...
Are you serious? Do you really think that this is really "a part of the gaming future" and not just ...
Nice, nice.
Question: how?
PS: don' t mention additional joypad or something. You have to be the controller, right?
PPS: Don' t agree or disagree, show me how instead.
Ahahahahahahahahahaha ... ohh, kids!
Thanks for the laugh :D
A true artist is never truly satisfied.
Namco and Capcom, try to learn from Ueda, thanks.
I liked him last E3. Good luck to him.
"Not to spoil your little party but numbers don't mean anything until you put them in a context. It sounds impressive because it's a big number."
Not to spoil? You are here just for that ...
Grow up little kid.
Xenogears owns all IMO.
I can' t wait to play again those two masterpieces!
I' m so happy Sony decided to do this remake in HD.
I love Platinum Games but to be honest I' m not impressed ...
Oh well, it' s just a trailer, I' ll wait for some gameplay, knowing the developers I' m sure this game is going to rock :)
Pernicious gamer is Pernicious.
@ vickers500
So with the "Not everyone is rich enough to buy their games brand new" excuse you can feel you are justified.
This is the same identical excuse that brings people to download illegally stuff from internet instead of paying for it.
Buying used games it' s legal, but the logic behind is as the same as the result: little software houses have to close. And don' t bring on the table the topic "it's unfair fo...
Who likes that the software house companies survive even if they are not giants.
If you truly love videogames you should never buy used.
If you truly love games then support developers buying they games as new.
I' m going to buy it anyway ( already preordered ) because:
1 I liked all the Yakuzas games before, great series.
2 IGN sucks.
