Get off it. I have a high powered gaming computer as well as an XBOX One, so not sure what you are getting at anyway. I can run any game at max on the PC.
Besides my comment was more with how Rocksteady utilized the hardware as I know the PS4 and XBOX One are nowhere near as powerful as my PC.
I even went to college at ITT Tech for a gaming degree and have programmed a fair amount on the PC. Don't assume something about me because of a comment.
I haven't enjoyed a COD since Black Ops 1, but I am having a good time with this one.
Some things I don't like though are:
-getting killed around corners still because of the non-dedicated servers.
-Quickscoping or "blackscoping" still exist and is annoying as hell.
-Some of the killstreaks are pretty terrible.
Other than that though, I feel they did a pretty decent job on this one and...
The only problem I had last night was party chat. For some reason party chat and friends list have been acting funny since Christmas.
Now that is a game taking advantage of the new hardware.
Low res scans or not, you can tell how bad ass this game looks.
I game on PC all the time, but I hate keyboard and mouse controls. The only thing they are good for is shooters and RTS. The rest of the games are way better with a controller.
Adventure games, driving and so on are much better with a controller.

Halo has always been about headshots. I can't recall a Halo game that let you get kills by spraying and praying unless that player was already injured. Or you dump some rounds until their shield pops then melee them or switch weapon to finish the job.

XBOX Live is a pretty solid service, but it does have it's issues from time to time.
Over two hours for me. Pretty annoying. I thought it was my connection, but seems quite a few people on my friends list were affected. We could join each others party but nobody could hear anything.
In GTA online if you were out of party chat, you could see your characters mouth move, but still couldn't hear the other players.
In addition to that, it was pretty hard to send messages as it took like two minutes to popup the message.

No, I was affected for about two hours. Gave up and went to bed. All seems fine now.
I barely had any issues during the lizard squad attacks, but I was affected last night. Couldn't chat with anyone no matter what.
The game actually punishes you for scoping in. The sway is ridiculous when scoped in. But if you do the quick or "black scope" it is very accurate.
Tested this last night in a private match.
Other than that though, this COD is actually pretty decent.
I haven't liked a COD since Black Ops, but this one I actually bought.

Love the game, but it is glitchy as hell. The sound cuts in and out constantly. Characters appear and disappear at random, float in the air and so on.
Great game though it just brings you out of the fantasy when it has so many glitches.
He was referring to the cloud as in online storage that they touted at the beginning I believe. The power of the cloud and such.
