Judging from the disagrees I guess people would rather have games disappear with their platforms rather than exist forever on a platform not limited by shelf life. Pity that.

That's from the Steam Hardware & Software Survey, which is optional. Only 1/12th of all Steam users are asked monthly. If you don't get a window that asks you to be a part of the survey, no information about your PC is collected.

Best games from who's opinion? Personally I can't say I've played too many if any PC exclusives that rely on QTEs. I cringe just about every time I have to put up with it from multiplats.
In my experience, I don't believe someone can take a weed wacker to themselves, call the resulting coleslaw a flower, inject themselves with hormones and try to pass off that they understand women as if the y chromosome somehow converted to x and all previous experiences as such nullified to a blank slate.

One thing I liked from Saints Row IV was being able to listen to music on foot, which also followed onto Watch Dogs. Would like to see something like that for GTA in the future, maybe pulling up your phone with your character popping in earbuds for that immersion.

I dismissed it because I don't want to argue with you. Why bother with someone who thinks stating a fact regarding an event that took place is somehow defending a person's terrible actions. Don't flatter yourself over it.
Pretty poor example considering James Holmes waited outside in the parking lot for the cops to arrest him after exiting the theater. His actions post-shooting didn't become an altercation with police officers that would have otherwise resulted in his death just the same.
Evil is a good word, I like to think in the manner of cliche Saturday morning cartoon villainy, since they seem to lose just about always at everything. It's like almost every week there's some new scheme or hashtag to try and defeat Gamergate and take over the world, ultimately of course it fails and they retreat back to the Hall of Doom.
Don't know why it'd be pathetic. Gamers want a game to be at the best quality it can be with backwards compatibility. Seems like anyone against that are doing the game a disservice.
Perhaps find a video of it on PC, not hosted on a site that compresses the hell out of quality. Youtube makes comparisons practically redundant. But yes, mods will only improve it even more.
