Then there's other differences down the line such as private ownership which Fascism supports, and Communism denounces. Private businesses while regulated under Fascism, are outright nonexistent In Communism as the state owns everything.
Media collusion, warped identity politics and social decline are communist motifs.
Communism is the opposite of Fascism. Both are state before people, but communists see the world as one singular entity(i.e globalist), they denounce nationalism as a social construct, rejecting human nature's tribalism. Fascists embrace nationalism as a singular entity to improve. Fascism as an autocracy rejects trade unions where control of both political and economic systems are consol...
You're free to have your own personal beliefs. Doesn't mean that anyone and everyone are pure saints involved. You won't find that anywhere in any medium. If you love this medium as you claim, then I'd hope at the very least you'll watch that video to understand my own reasons for arguing for emulation, because like you I care for this medium as well. I don't want ANY game lost to history due to our own limitations of proprietary hardware post-circulation and reliance ...
2) "Are we seriously comparing the loss of hundred thousands RETAIL units lost due to second hand market that had to be previously bought by hundred thousands gamers with hundred thousand DIGITAL units lost due to internet piracy that had to be bought by only a dozen of people? Nor does it negate the concerns over piracy of essentially still supported games. But all is well and good as long as it goes over developers/publishers back i guess."
1) "Correction, with more POPULAR/HIGH QUALITY tittles. I'm not sure everyone want's a remaster of mediocre games.Correct the remaster is not the same, it is a even better version of the game. Also you don't own games purchased on PSN,WindowsStore,Steam,GOG etc etc and if the owners deem to shut them down you still lose those games. So also not a viable solution to preservation (by your logic ofc). Also SONY is investing quite a bit into CloudTech since 2011, so its quite pla...
"While i do agree with the sentiment of preserving the games, this is where i must object to this statement. Services like PSNow and XboxOne B/C enables us to play those games (granted you have to pay for PSNow). And yes while it is a crash-grab (for those who played the original games) remasters still do the job of preserving those very same games. "
But they're only remastering SELECT titles, not every title. Obscure titles are left behind. The selec...
I would suggest you and everyone else watch and listen to this developer speak at Game Developers Conference 2016, talking directly to other game developers regarding emulation to better understand the circumstance of why it's needed.
If you're going to completely disregard preserving history as 'getting' free stuff(despite that full emulation typically becomes accessible long after games for that format are no longer sold directly or still printed, thus no income to be generated from but reduced to second hand ebay auctions from private sellers) when emulation has already ensured games from decades ago can be playable as viable hardware has dwindled and are no longer sold. Emulation is the ONLY viable preserva...
It's not a matter of not being able to get a PS3. Emulation for the most part is to archive and persevere gaming history decades later. Hardware doesn't last forever. Between age and wear, manufacturing eventually discontinues and proprietary online services go offline. This of course, besides the added benefits of aliasing reduction, higher resolution, and increased frame rates.
My only issue with it is that it looks like more of the same, and by that nothing like Far Cry 2 and it's difficulty. The survival element has been practically nonexistent since 3.
The comments above show how completely lacking in self-awareness some of you are. This game has turned around since last year. It's retained a large dedicated following since Massive actually listened to it's community.
Pass.

Can't wait to have four dialogue options of saying yes to everything again. /s
Singleplayer and eight player coop .
Game streaming was a mistake.
Reminds me of when Lego Mindstorms was big.

For future reference, don't comment unless you actually understand how emulation and hardware work.
One less inept individual to scroll past.
Tom Hardy was okay, but he's no Mel Gibson. Mel made that role iconic.
Also helps that Mel actually has/had an Australian accent from living there most of his life.

The bear part of Condemned 2 severely caught me off guard.
