Loved this franchise especially when he would reach his ultimate form.
Spin, spin, spin... Xbox exec's talk way too much for platform holder that has performed so poorly in relation to the competition. Win a generation first b4 you run your mouth and even then.
Fall of 2020, with late 2019, spring 2020 announcement
Not without new management and oversight.
This was a beautiful game but the criticisms leveled at it are fair. The boss fights where beyond underwhelming right up to and including the final one. Just really bland as if no effort was put into game play just presentation, I remember wondering what they were thinking. The story, really dumb at parts which would hype you up then disappoint when the plot secret would be reveled. Cleary they have some talented artists over there but they could use much better story writers and game play d...
No this is not true, Microsoft is the weaker brand by far. They need any advantage they can get and it still wont be enough.
I know it seems directed, let's see what tomorrow brings.
There seems to be a targeted campaign against this game . Why is there a negative article about this game every day now? Especially weird since it's been out for months now.
In this case its good to have options. Recently I have been downloading more games on psn, especially vr titles, because of ease. But not everyone has a fiber optic line to their place etc.. so their is a need for many to have the option to go and buy a physical copy
I love VR, outside of a couple games all my favorite moments playing videogames this gen have been with psvr. That platformer that came with the demo disk blew my mind. Wipeout, dusk till dawn etc... all fantastic. VR is the future and Sony has to stick to it so its potential can be realized.
This is sound reasoning brand building is what MS should be focused on, which has nothing to do with Nintendo or Sony. Develop a great diverse stable of first party developers which pump out exclusives and the Xbox brand should become more competitive. But this takes long investment of time/money.
Playstation is the stronger brand world wide it's not even close. Microsoft needs to establish themselves as a great/consistent first party developer so their brand can grow beyond what was established by the 360. I'm not convinced MS is really in it for the long haul especially if they dont increase their market share next gen.
I saw a rumor that Sony isn't going with an apu this time and are targeting a discreet GPU instead
Microsoft really hated the position they were in when that game was announced. A more expensive console than its competitor but less powerful. I think they have deluded themselves into believing that this is the reason they're getting trounced this generation. So they promised that by magic the cloud could do what the x1 hardware couldn't make there console much more powerful than the base ps4. Now with the x1x there is a no compelling reason to pursue this bs narrative any further. ...
Nonsense Michelle, no cross play is not the return of arrogant Sony of ps4 fame. Sony poured a ton of money into cell which took a long time to recoup from even with a 5-600 $ priced console. This allowed Microsoft to build upon the year long head start while Sony was handcuffed unable to reduce the price of the ps3 which was already losing them money. Even with all this going for them Microsoft still ended up selling slightly less 360s than the ps3. The ps4 success is a return to the norm, s...
I would pay 499$ if it ment a step above in terms of hardware.
This is so true. Nintendo made a handful of great games in the eighties and they have successfully repackaged those exact same games year after year. Same games marginal improvement in graphics, rinse and repeat. The greatest trick Nintendo ever played....
It's a non issue, no matter how hard you try. It just doesnt matter. You know this, stop wasting your time.
It will die when fornites popularity starts to fade away, and it will, its just a matter of time.
Article gets some major things wrong, first being that its Nintendo and Microsoft mistakes that have allowed the PS4 to be the success it is. This is not correct, IMO, playstation is the dominant brand worldwide and has been since the first one launched years ago. If all partys are starting at zero they are not on equal footing, unless Sony hampers the ps5 with an exorbitant price point or a defective product, they will outsell both Microsoft and Nintendo consoles. Neither of Sonys competitor...
