It's my game of the year, maybe the generation. There is just no other experience like it, it's like the best platformers you've played your whole life with this awesome immersive component you cant get outside of vr. It is a beautifully designed game to top it off and I cant wait for the sequel.
Kinda like when the bring up Microsoft market cap as giant pool of money that will be used to buy up developers and run Sony out of the business.
Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face.
Astro bot for me at least totally justified. Y psvr purchase.
Buy all the developers you want people dont want xbox , they are a dead brand in Asia and most of Europe.
I'm actually seeing the opposite, a lot of comments mocking the game as vaporware or a walking simulator. The positive support is largely from intriguing story and a creator with a well earned history of creating great games.
Both Google and Microsoft rent space to from third parties outside the united states.
Microsoft from my understanding leases out space around the rest of the world from 3rd parties just like everyone else.
You cant compare them because one of them actually doesnt even exist
It will be an option maybe eventually a compelling one for everyone but it will remain just an option for the foreseeable. No need for the hyperbole, the tech from what I've read cant promise the same user experience across the board due to factors outside of these companies control. Content will remain king, not the system by which you deliver it.
"The future of gaming is a world where you are empowered to play the games you want, with the people you want, whenever you want, wherever you are, and on any device of your choosing."
Is it really though? I have never really felt like I was being denied any thing in this statement. There is only so much time in day. Seems like a solution in search of a problem.
Well apart from having the games, you know, the things we buy these consoles for.
I agree its easily my game of the year so far. RDR will be great, but imagine games like it or uncharted in vr, wow!
I love this game, platforming in vr is like how these games where ment to be played. I dont think I can go back to platformers outside of vr, they will instantly pale in comparison.
My game of the generation so far. Sounds like hype, but no joke this game is amazing!!!!!!
You can tell by the tone of alot of these articles and YouTube videos it was less about getting Sony on board so the 3 home console could "play together ", and more about bashing Sony.
Still dont care about crossplay, and all the whining about it actually made me want Sony to dig their heels in. But if they think it's best for them long term then fine. Just keep delivering great games and I will always choose them. We got Astro Bot coming in a couple of days, cant wait!!!!!
If you feel insulted then simply don't get it. Problem solved.
Nah there's no secret plot here. Sony is focused on games, you know, the thing we buy these consoles for.
He ain't lying, as good as Spiderman and God of War etc are I cant help but feel a well crafted vr version in third person mode would make the experience of playing those games better.
