You can properly support the gaming industry and buy it if you really wanted it
I don't mind DLC when its done right. Burnout Paradise was probably my favourite game in that aspect. Obviously, if its on the disc to begin with, then that definitely isn't ok.
Sorry, but just reading this goes to show exactly why gaming is still considered a kids thing, for nerds and people who don't have much of a life etc.
From reading comments about the game not looking good, to comments about Sony hyping up a 'crap' game....its just damn hilarious.
Firstly, Sony aren't going to make games for absolutely everyones taste, and i'm sure that there are games out there which cover a ton of different genres. If you don't like Socom, fine...
I wish this site would just automatically delete idiots
That goes for all 'fanboys'. Theres plenty of stuff on all systems to justify a purchase of any console, its just down to individual taste.
So get over it and talk about the damn games instead of trying to wind people up 24/7
Its a free newspaper given out on buses and trains, made by people who aren't quite good enough for the proper newspapers
Retards
Anyways, i'm off to sue the milkman, because he was an hour late in making a delivery and i've missed the chance to have a bowl of cocopops, thus ruining my whole schedule for the day
Might keep my eyes on this. Downloaded a copy late last night, yet to install it though
"PS3 - where gamers will buy any crap "
Thought they didn't buy games?
Make your mind up idiots
"soo this game is embarrassment for all gamers in this days.."
Not quite as much of an embarrassment as your English skills though...
I think the only one who is being a 'turd' is yourseld.
Whilst it may be ok for you in Holland to enjoy the delights of 20mb connections with no download caps etc etc etc, millions of other people (like me in the UK) are lucky if they receive 3mb-4mb connections, and even then, we are restricted to the amount of data per month (I'm with TalkTalk, on a 3mb connection, with an 80gb download cap). Even Virgin, which probably produces the best speeds here, cap their service and ha...
Sorry, but the majority of us on the Fifa forums are still waiting for the manager mode to be fixed, given it has more bugs than my garden.
Talk about standards when you've created a more 'bug free' game EA
Given i class myself as abit of a gadget whore, i really can't see much use for this. It just doesn't excite me, and lacks things that are found in £200-£300 laptops/netbooks. Even my Samsung NC10 can do more than this and has more about it, and that cost me £250.
Even if they just gave it a USB slot, it would make a world of difference and more appealing. Or even a camera. Hardly the dawn of a new age when its missing half the things average netbooks had 12 ...
I don't think the game itself is destined for mediocrity, as, judging from the beta, its a solid game which has suprised me to be honest.
However, from a sales perspective, it may struggle a little. Its coming at a time where millions are still either hooked on Call Of Duty, or waiting for the next Battlefield to come out for the next FPS fix, and once again, there has been very little marketing from Sony. It remains to be seen how an online only FPS will sell, and whether it...
For me, either Final Fantasy VII, Fallout 3 (including the expansions) or a sports title like Fifa 10
As others have stated, 70-80% od publishers is rather different from 70-80% of developers. If it was the latter then i would be impressed
I still think people should wait before slamming or praising Natal, or the PS3 motion control. I'm not a fan of any motion control, but even i'm willing to wait to see what the fuss is about before labelling either a failure or success.
The only problem i can see with Natal is how it'll integrate into games which you would us...
With the Wand coming out, there's very little point in using the Gun anymore, as the Wand+PSeye will be able to do whatever the gun could, and more
I hate these so called 'Game Analysts'. The fact analyst is spelt with 'Anal' pretty much sums them up
"@dazzalf.... That quote is from a PS3 fan trying to say these are the reasons one console is future proof over the other.
" '"Mr. Built in Wi-Fi?
Mr. Built in bluetooth?
Ms. freeee Internet browser?
and last but not least,
Ms. interchangeable & non-proprietary HDD?" "
Yeah i can see that, but my arguement is in what way aren't they considered as being an advantage or even helping a console be 'future ...
Like probably alot of Modern Warfare 2 owners...fix the stupid bugs/hacks online first, and then maybe, just maybe, i'll contemplate buying this DLC. Til then, i'm putting my money to better use
