I would gladly buy this (assuming it's KH3) plus remastered versions of KH1&2. I have heard only great thing of this series but haven't had the good fortune to try it :(
I actually found the good powers to be more useful overall for my playing style. Regaining energy with the basic bolt attack is just too useful to pass up and the shockwave had more power and reach.

I'm guessing that in Rising you will play as Raiden on his quest to rescue Sunny from the patriots with the help of EVA and the Paradise Lost resistance.
It's not called Metal Gear Solid because you play as Solid Snake. It was called that to signify the series' transition into 3D games. I think Kojima said this himself one time. Otherwise MGS3 would have probably been called Metal Gear Naked.

I think that the MGS3 ending is sadder. They're both awesome emotional endings, but I think that MGS3 beats out MGS4 in this.
SotC was one of the 2 games ever that made me *almost* cry. I won't ruin it in case you don't know what happens, but believe me when I tell you that you won't be disappointed.

I don't think anyone really cares about a game's max resolution. What should matter is that the game is pleasing to the eyes. Artistic design should also factor in, but something so shallow as resolution shouldn't. For example, a game like Okami should be able to get a perfect score in graphics by today's standards due to its artistic brilliance.
To expand on what dizzleK said, there are 2 other PoP games starring this particular prince. They came out long ago on last gen systems. The movie is based off these games, not the other way around.
Uncharted 2 was announced January of 2009. That's less than a year before release. Therefore I am expecting the imminent Uncharted 3 announcement late this year/early next year. This E3 is too soon and next E3 is too late, provided it will release in the fall of 2011.
