Lmao. Comments section arguing over who's favorite console sold the most. As a community we're never going to move past the stupid fanboy tribalism of constantly arguing about who's console is better, are we?

To me, when the name calling starts, that person automatically lost the argument.

Yeah I did play it. And it didn't suck AS bad as some made it out to. But it definitely had its shortcomings.

"Gotham Knights wasn’t a bad game"

A lot of people and reviews would disagree with you.

They mean it can't be a bad game. I mean, it says as much right in the description.

No it doesnt.

Most gamers would have already played those $35 games if they wanted them. Not a big selection.

And only last gen used games are buy 2 get one? That's weak.

I'm happy with the PS5. I'm not happy with the industry sticking to cross-gen for so long that it hinders the PS5 (and Series X) from getting truly next gen games.

Anything from BF2 - BF4 would work fine. Those were all great games.

562d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

Which is so ignorant it almost physically hurts.

They have the damn templates lol. Everyone LOVED Battlefield all the way up through BF4. Everything after BF4 is where fans started getting divided because they started dumbing down the gameplay.

So they need to go back to the favorites. Bad Company 2. BF3 and BF4.

Take those games. Take the exact same gameplay. Update the graphics. Add some different game modes. Make new maps. Add new...

CD Keys aren't one time affairs. You have to enter that CD Key anytime you install the game.

But I think the point they are making with this article is that nowadays the disc doesn't even have the game on it in a lot of cases. It might have a minimal amount of files, then you have to download the rest of the game. But then you're still required to put the disc in to play it.

So when you u buy a physical disc you don't have the game in yo...

"Some people don't like the trial and error and constant dodge block mechanics and that should be okay. But hey I guess its really a huge accomplishment to put 200 hours into dark souls clone #25 and an easy mode would take away from that."

If this is what you think then you are missing the entire point of the genre.

You're not supposed to be able to run through the game with no problem. It's supposed to be a challenge. It's sup...

While I agree, there's no reason they can't add an easy mode, the real point is THEY DON'T WANT TO.

It's their game they are making. If you're not willing to put in the time to get good at these games then they aren't for you.

Do you cry about every other game that doesn't interest you? Do you think those games should all be changed to appease you as well?

Let the devs make the games they want. If you don'...

I'll admit I've only played the original Forza, which was VASTLY different than what the franchise became. So I have no real opinion on it. But I'm not a huge racing fan either. I play the Need for Speed games. And Gran Turismo.....sometimes.

So, I agree, but also disagree. (Weird, I know...)

But here's the deal. Avengers, wasn't only hated because of its model. That was a part of it, but the game wasn't fun either. Characters felt very similar. You just mashed the same buttons until your powers recharged, use a power, then mash Normal attack. Repeat repeat repeat.

It had very little content at launch. Only 2 bosses. It had connection issues. It had poor enemy variety. The loot mad...

Yeah, he's basing this off his own experience of playing free to play mobile games. He said the first one he played he spent $80 on it because he though he would play it forever. But then he quit a few months later.

So the next F2P game he got and he only spent $20, because of his last experience. And he quit even sooner than a few months.

Now he doesn't spend anything on F2P games.

I do agree, some people probably follow this p...

Yep. You and Michiel are 100% spot on. Just think, this all started with $5.00 horse armor lol. (I know microtransactions did exist in some PC games before that. But the $5 horse armor on Elder Scrolls Oblivion is what brought it all to the forefront/mainstream audience.)

It should have been squashed then and there. Now look where we are. Today's generation is so used to seeing them in everything that there's really no stopping it now. Think about it. They are in ne...
