This is kind of a silly thing to say. It wouldnt be the same game if it was single player lol. It just would have been Fallout 5.
This always blew my mind. I have 2 controllers and one is always fully charged. I don't have time to play longer than 3 or 4 hours at a time. So I may not always charge the controller I'm using after I play, but as soon as it's battery gets low I swap it with my other controller and start charging it.
But when I only had 1 controller I did the same thing you're talking about.

Elden Ring got better for me. I love both styles of the Souls games and Elden Ring. But Elden Ring's open world made it a better game in my opinion.

I wouldn't get excited about any projects. Halo was complete garbage. Resident Evil on Netflix was some of the worst BS I've ever attempted to watch.
Hollywood is too woke these days. And everyone wants to put their own spin on things. I really have no faith in any of it. Hopefully I'll be pleasantly surprised with one or two of them.
I wouldn't get too excited about any of these projects. As much as I want them all to be good, I won't let myself get disappointed again like I did with Halo.
Low expectations is key. With Hollywood being so woke these days I just can't imagine any of this stuff being good. But that's a good thing, because if any of them do turn out good it will be a pleasant surprise.
Lords of Shadow was such an unexpected and awesome game when it came out. I would love something similar to that.

Aside from being a Street Fighter game it really doesn't look anything like SFV. All different roster. Completely different art style and direction. The gameplay looks different.

Not that I don't love Armored Core games, because I do. But I would give my 3rd nut for another Chrome Hounds game. What a brilliant and overlooked game, with incredible multi-player also.
The genre is popular. It's only a matter of time before someone makes a sci-fi soulsborn game. I can't think of a single genre that has reached a level of popularity that only stuck to one setting.
And technically, Star Wars Fallen Order already did. But I know that isn't what you're looking for.
They are easy to find and always have been. Use a stock app that notifies you when they are about to go on sale online at a local store. It's that easy. It's how me and my friends all got ours last year.
People who have been waiting to find one on a store shelf then complaining that they don't have one just haven't been trying hard enough.
