Agree for the most part – I just hate it when they ruin great games with sequels they didn’t need. Honestly though, where are they going to take the story?!
The art style for this looks infinitely better, like it's been given a fresh coat of paint and a wipe down. I've never really got in to Dragon Ball, although I know a lot of people who enjoy it, so I'll probably wait for them to buy this =P
It’s a difficult one, this. I remember a huge problem a while back about YouTubers endorsing products they were profiting from. Either way, I don’t trust any of these YouTubers. There’s nothing wrong with making money by providing entertainment, but there’s definitely something seedy about the manipulation of a young audience.
Definitely an interesting debate. I imagine it’s an idea that’ll eventually creep in to the intellectual sphere, kind of like what happened to cinematography and film etc. Either way, I hope we see video game museums in my life time!
After feeling really disappointed with the beta, I’m avoiding Doom at all costs. The gameplay video makes the single player campaign look good though, so maybe I’ll pick this up at a later date.
Interesting idea. It sparks debate, but I guess we’ll never know for sure.
Loved the first Dishonored but I’m a sucker for Elder Scrolls, so I’m hoping for more info on that.
They’ll definitely release it with Infinite Warfare. After six months or so they’ll then release Modern Warfare Remastered as a standalone with the content they’ve removed from the Infinite Warfare edition.
I had to stop the video. Far too cringe worthy.
‘A few years ago, I had the time to play every AAA release of the year, but these days I need to be a bit more selective.’
This is so true. I don’t have time to play bad games anymore. There once was a time, I could play a bad game through to the end, just to say I’d played it; now it’s not so easy. I have to admit, I’ve avoided Far Cry Primal because of the direction Far Cry went in years ago. Saying that, this sounds good.
I don't think XCOM: Enemy Unknown was particularly difficult, it just punished players who made poor decisions. Let's be honest, most games don't do that - most of the time you'll respawn after a count down, or just try again. Personally, I couldn't care less about difficulty options, I'll usually play the game how the developers intended for it to be played. Saying that, I don't see a problem with people making the game easier, especially when it comes to a more c...
Stop buying Season Passes?
I didn't start buying them to begin with.
I actually really liked Tomb Raider Anniversary. Let’s hope Winston IS still locked in that freezer.
I worry about The Legend of Zelda to be honest. I spoke with a couple of gaming friends who said it was one of the most over rated series ever produced. I don’t think Nintendo are doing themselves any favours, though.
Do it! Still can't believe this game is free to play. Haven't touched any other game since playing this on PS4 a couple of weeks ago. Easy to dip in and out of too, with next to no grinding...
I've already left it to rot tbh.
Really good tactic from Sony to mess with their competitors. Personally, when it comes to the next-gen consoles, I think we’ll be looking at something totally unrecognisable.
Leisure Suit Larry? Really? Come on....
So happy they've made a Dark Souls Board Game though; it looks good too...
Some great games on this list. It's nice to see The Last of Us there too. That's definitely a modern classic. Probably one of the few games I actually enjoyed playing. It even had a solid multiplayer.
Nintendo need to chill out, yo. They've not done themselves any favours with the YouTube stuff and now this. They aren't exactly blessed with good PR as it is, and I'm not sure how much longer they can bite the hand that feeds.
