No surprises here, Scorpion and Sub-Zero.
and people still complain for a rise in gaming purchase costs since 15 years ago...
FF7R pt2 next year hopefully fixes this. The director is a massive HFW fan.
Sure it's so much more effort to create but I'd rather less but stronger side quests than hundreds of cooke cutter fetch quests.
Watch this sell 85% on PS5.
At least it has a chance on other platforms unlike some other titles though...
Knowing how PS5 games work, it'll still be compressed. I mean intergrade barely fit on a 100gb disc as was.
I imagine all the cutscenes over two timelines in addition to just how much ground the game is covering brings it to this cant be helped situation.
It'll be super exciting to see, but it's going to have to really be something else to take any serious attention away from SF6. It's so on fire currently and such a full package already that I cant see MK or Tekken even coming close this year.
I just caved and got a switch for zelda (ive never not done day 1 Zelda since MM) and some past games.
Will pawn it as soon as Switch 2 is announced. It's a great little system but it's got no future.
Sep 2024 at the earliest but I expect it for Xmas at the latest.
Didn't it suck though?
Regardless of the dirty laundry - of which both companies have and things should change, the issue here is the size of the purchase. I don't think MS would do this if they were dominating now like Sony is, which is another thing to factor in.
Competition is a good thing for the industry but buying out these guys is not how it's meant to be done.
The days of MS buying into Apple to keep competition afloat is long gone.
Crazy to think it had the 3 most innovative and influential games of that generation, Mario 64, Zelda 64 and Goldeneye.
I guess for all the hard work and creativity they should be able to have dibs for a little while? True it should be shared after time but it takes time to implement things and evolve things anyways.
It's not like the camera from Mario 64 and Locking on targets on OoT were exclusive but before other games took it on board or evolved it, they had it to themselves for some time before it became standard.
There isn't so much push because they aren't expecting crazy sales for now. They want the build the market slowly and have people aware it's a strong option.
People are only just getting their hands on PS5's after years of waiting. They are fully aware of this. But subtle reminders in the back of their head that PSVR is a solid product and over time many will pick it up.
There will be a price drop and many will flock, no doubt.
America understands Japanese gamers in Japan just as much as Japan understands Americans shooting Americans in public.
Neither know shit and should keep out of the others business.
I'm yet to see anything truly solid with the gameplay here. Yawn.
Aesthetically on point though.
Sophy was designed to be competitive using the worlds best GT players, against the worlds best GT players.
I'm surprised they've balanced it so well to work with normal plebs too - that's really something.
No more rubber banding!
Long overdue but finally!
This always comes up but originally it was Xbox contractually not allowing cross platform play back in the 360 era. AT ALL. The games wern't even allowed to perform better on a competitor if it was multi-plat.
Now if i'm not mistaken is game per game basis.
R.I.P.
A crazy iconic sound that felt more like the beginning of an experience. Nothing still sounds quite like it,
While not perfect, 7 VR was for sure the definitive way. I'd even argue you havn't really play 7 till you had in VR - the experience was that far ahead.
Have a new F-Zero hit within the first 2 years of Switch 2 and watch it sell away.
